VN - Ren'Py - Straight!? [Revamp v0.16.1] [Aaryn]

Really this is one of the hidden gems I've managed to find on this site. It's a great story, I am loving the slow burn of the relationship between the two main characters and I like that the progression is slow but steady. No complaints gameplay wise either, I like that the optional dialogue is flagged up so you know what's important and what is extra. ( I always go for the extra anyway). If you're looking for a quick play then this isn't for you. But if you want a slow burn relationship with a good story and lots of great dialogue then this is for you.

Quite honestly the best damn thing I've seen in the genre. The characters are relatable and equal parts hot and adorable. The images are capturing both personality and facial expression well, something often overlooked or at least not well done. The secondary cast is quite small so a lot can probably be attributed to focusing on a smaller set of characters. In this case I have no complaints though.
Please give them a happy ending (or several )

To whoever it may concerns, i beg of you to not play this game. It will suck and trap you in a way that is rarely seen, even more if you consider the nature of VN games.
You looking for a good story? Sorry. absolutely not. However, if you want something incredible...well...here you have it. Really well written and surprisingly I'm not talking about the erotic aspects only. The character creation is exactly what you would expect of college age people. Going as far as fears, family relations and bonding.
Originality? Need I say more about the story for it to be as clear as a certain in game bathroom that it is unique so far?
Renders and Playability are really well done. Little imperfections work to make the characters more realistic.
No bugs as far as I have played (since the beginning if I may complement) have survived for more than 1 upgrade.
The only "down" point is that the game allways ends in a way that rewrittes the way teasing works. This is really a pearl to be played by people who are, or even those who aren't, fond of not so Straight games.
I do hope that the future developments of the game don't lose the touch they have so far.
If after this review you are not sure about playing. I suggest that you at least try it till a certain kiss scene. If by then you do not like the game, there will be nothing i can write to make my point.

The premise for this game is really great. The creator has done a fantastic job of building up the characters and the payoff is amazing. Will continue to follow this developer and cannot wait for the next installment

Excellent storytelling and fantastic character development.

This is not that "-Hey bro wanna fuck? -Sure." type of game. If you were looking for some quick fap material then this game may not for you. But if you enjoy reading stories, conflicts and reasonable dramas then congrats you have found one of the BEST games on this forum.

Right now there isn't much contents about "Corruption" though...

Simply fantastic game. Story is well written, character progression is amazing, and the cliffhangers that author of this game likes to put in are nothing short of magnificent. Although I complained about it, it was meant to show my lack of patience for next update.

That being said, this is not a short porn game. This is a character driven story that is far more focused on character development and their internal struggles, than on a quick fap material. I mean seriously, we waited 12 updates for 1st kiss, and it was bloody amazing.

The passion put into making this, story filled with interesting dialogues and occasional joke or philosophical answer, not to mention the ability to literally demolish bathroom just for your pervy satisfaction, make it truly an interesting game and well worth your time.

While many aspects of gameplay are quite linear and simplistic, and the dialogue a bit too 'dude' and 'broish' at times; I found myself enjoying it quite a bit. I simply cannot wait for the final version.

this game is the best gay game ever, the story is so natural, the characters are so cute, the scenery are great, the Hot Moments are just on point, i don't know what else to say here, but one thing for sure, you won't regret playing this game. thank you, I'll be waiting for the update.

With the quality of its writing, it's already one of my favourite pieces of fiction ever, even in its unfinished form, let alone my favourite VN. And thanks to how well the characters are written and how invested you become, and how comparatively realistic everything feels, it also provides for a much more satisfying wank material, in spite of the very limited lewd content.

not only is this one of the few gay games on this site it also has a great story and great character development. it also is not about incest or rape, which is a plus. the graphics are also wonderful. to top it all off the developer updates it monthly.

This might be my favorite on here. The writing is fantastic, and the sexual tension is killing me. It doesn't beat you over the head with overt sexual images - just enough to tantalize and keep you wanting more. Cannot wait for 1.0.

A very good gay game!!! The characters seem really realistic. Zack and Braden develop a little romance and they grow on you (especially Braden ) There are funny moments that can make you laugh or make you think again. And you're always well teased. : ) "thumbs up"

I really enjoy the writing and the model work is really well done. Plus, I am enjoying playing a m4m game. It's cute and hot. The error codes though, each time I think I'm going to see Braden, another error log entry. Still, it's well-crafted so far.

Excellent game. The story line goes very deep and iss well-conceived and the charakters are anteracting great and logical.
On the one hand Aaryn is correct in saying his imagines aren't perfect yet and there is room for improvement but on the other hand they are awesome compared to other games on this site.

A great game so far with far more heart than most others. That being said, I do feel it needs to up the ADULT aspect a lot more. Not a bad thing to take things slowly, but it could potentially draw in more people. Not a criticism, just an idea.
