The thing is - there are no options which raise tension anymore.
I know by now that 'raise tension' is bullshit and I have to unlock specific events/triggers to advance to unlock more content under that cover, so I try to figure out what is the trigger and how to get to it. No success for now, so I ask for people to direct me to the right direction, place-time, location, anything. ) Ofc I'll try some more with your guide as well, but each unsuccessful try gives bad vibes, while I try to get opposite vibes. ))

Try sleeping there for a couple of week. Sleep from 00.00 to 08.00. This may help.

As already correctly said above, you need to select the “undress” option in a conversation with Marie 5+ times and only then the additional option will be open.
It is better to do this in a row from 9 to 11 am on weekends. Progress with Alexa depends on progress with Marie. And yes, you need to look at the second floor of the house more often at 21-22 hours. There should be at least 3 scenes of sisters quarreling here. After each such scene, new options with Alexa will be available.

Easily the most frustrating part of this game (and I love it) is the way new interactions open up before the previous ones are properly exhausted. Knowing how many times you have to repeat a "you're beyond this" or "drained" action in order for new events to trigger is maddening.

you need to have resolved the conflict between both mothers

Do all those options that are in your pics at least 3 times. Then show up for dinner a few times. At some point they'll fight in the hallway. That's the advancement trigger. It will happen 3 separate times.

You are also gonna want to go upstairs right after TV time and give the older sister tasks in the bathroom. She'll send you texts if you're successful.

You can also upload your save and i'll take a look at what you're got left.

even if they dont give it anymore they sometimes need to be done a few times so the next scene triggers building of an already existing scene. so if you just try and do that a few times and it works, great! If not there surely must be other things to try that other people on here can think of

Talk to Kate and mention the step family.
On a day Kate is at the motel, ask lily to go to dinner at the step family. Kate will interrupt you in the parking lot. She'll end up going with you. Assuming you've unlocked your room at the step family house, you'll be able to offer it to Kate.

Alternately, invite both motel sisters and get caught by mom. She'll loose her mind in the front yard, triggering the get em all back together quest line. Finishing that quest will also unlock the room for the Au t.

You need to stay in the stephouse after dinner (the stephouse must be accessible and you must be allocated a guest room). Leave the stephouse in the morning.

You have to have done the foursome with the stepfam. Have at least 2 or 3 hours left in your shift. Don't bang the manager during the shift. Dont bang the stepmom the day of and Lily has to go to the step family dinner at least 1 time. All that's needed just to get the Step mom to show up in the store.

To progress, you need to have done the threesome with the manager and lily. Have over 100 allure with the step mom. Banged Lily 3 times. And had Lily stay over at the step fam house or been to dinner there at least 3 times.

Anna and Lisa's conflict. After gaining access to the second family's house and getting his own room there, the MC can also take Lil or Jill to the family dinner. Thank you very much! The event triggered on Friday. Before this, for some reason I thought that everything needed to be done on Sunday, when Lil was working and Anna was nearby on the footcord. But it didn't work.
