The game is surprisingly stable. I haven't noticed any freezes or crashes over the last year. I use cheat mod and incest patch.
this save has most things unlocked using urm, recommend using with urm to get around conditions

Good rule of thumb with this game: If you can do it once, do it at least 3 times. The 3some requires you have been blown by the PE teacher 3 times and done anal with the Lit teacher twice.
From there, invited the PE teacher to the library. Choose the option to bring in the Lit teacher. Don't choose anal. Continue the show alone. Choose the option for the bj and bing.

If you get caught once and the threesome fails, see below. If you get caught once and it won't repeat, its because the RNG numbers are against you. You have a 15% chance of getting caught after the first time getting caught.
There are 2 ways to get caught and not have the threesome. 1) Choose " Stop them now". This check has some dialogue and then kicks you back to the corridor.
The second, and last, check is "if PETeacher.FuckedRaw + PETeacher.AssFucked < 2 or not Relations(PETeacher).allure.Adders["LitTeach3s"].IsMoreThanMin():" and occurs after you choose "Wait for the moment to act".
The check only passes if your sum of banging the PE teacher without a condom plus banging the PE Teacher in the ass is less than 3 or you are below the minimum allure with the PE Teacher is below 80.
That's it. Getting caught and the threesome are in the same label, so even if you don't see the menu to interrupt them, you'll still fall into the scene.
TLDR: If you're getting caught but not seeing the threesome, boost your allure with the PE Teacher or let em fight.

I think the chance is about 30%. And this is a "soft" RNG, the outcome can be changed by doing something different shortly before the event. Talk, perform a sex scene, find out about the night's activity with Ren, etc. Just like with the chance that Kate will join Jill and Lil for a 4-some.

Now a pet peeve of mine in games, which is related to your point is that most games lack key life events or in this case key commune events so Birthdays (even if it's rebirth for joining the commune) special commune days (like Easter or Christmas) these things should happen in the game as one and done events on specific days in any 365 day span but expecting the games taken 5 years, therefore everyone should be 5 years older I don't think that works
