Kate is currently bugged: from the game's discord, the dev tresponded to me saying there was a critical error in Kate's content (blowjob and other stuff related to releasing yourself before sleeping with her) so yes it seems a lot of it was skipped, because a bug made you skip it

Your log is practically empty. It stopped on loading script, next step was to prepare save slots.
you can try:
-delete the game and download everything again
-delete both "persistent" files (from "save" folder and "%APPDATA%\RenPy\StraitenedTimes-1556023370" folder)
-delete "save" folder and "%APPDATA%\RenPy\StraitenedTimes-1556023370" folder completely

alternatively to what was suggested before, you can go to the discord, post there in bugs and issues and then maybe the dev will ask you to send your savefile so he can fix the bug for the future

you need to rotate who you sleep with in the room. So mother you start with her. Than you need to rotate the three girls to sleep in the same room.
