These patches are for different versions of the game (so if you have game version 0.5 you only need to use patch with the same 0.5 number)

They are just changing dialogue lines to convert from commune to blood related family

How did you know?
If you checked the gallery, it uses global variables and based on all the games played on your system.
So if you want to get the gallery, you need to import the persistent data
