I agree, platinum scenes still not working. I just paid to support the developer and continue the story. I think i will wait for the update.

Is this game better or worse than Shale Hill Secrets? I ask this because Shale Hill Secrets characters look higher quality but the story left a lot to be desired. I mean i gave up of it without finishing it , because the reveal of who Silent 1 was left me disappointed since i had predicted that since the beginning and hoped i was wrong about it , sadly i was right.
After that i just saw no point in continuing the story , i watched the endings in the gallery and called it a day , i mean once the true culprit is revealed why continuing anyway , the story was also feeling boring to me after the reveal , like there was no point in continuing it.
Whoever wrote it , should have left the reveal for the last chapter and end it there.
So is this one better story wise or worse?

That's a very difficult question to answer.
Appreciating a story is always a personal matter.
For my part, I'm only on chapter 6 of Streaming for Love, and it turns out that there isn't really an atmosphere of suspense, as there is in Shale Hill Secrets. It's set in a mix of the finance world and the world of streamers, with scams, embezzlement, and conflicts, but it's heavily influenced by romance.
Personally, I love the way it's conceived and written, and the music is clearly majestic... perhaps even more so than in Shale Hill Secrets.
Graphically, I think there's a clear improvement in Streaming for Love, which doesn't detract from its predecessor. The visuals are really very pleasant.
Without a doubt, Love-Joint knows how to keep its readers on the edge of their seats, provided they have a thirst for discovery and are at least somewhat enthusiastic about the context on which the whole story is based.
I don't share your opinion about Shale Hill Secrets. I also guessed who was Silent1, but the story kept me hooked until the end, and I was eager to read the different epilogues.
The grand finale was just incredible. At the beginning of the final epilogue, I was almost disappointed by what was going to happen to the MC, but the ending was clearly magnificent... A work of art!
Well... that happened. Waiting for the next update is going to be quite unbearable.

The game is running super slow for me, the mouse pointer moves 7 or 8 seconds after I move the mouse, and everything I click takes seconds before registering. Same for the dialogue. I see other people had that issue, but I also see other people apparently playing with no issue. Is there some kind of fix that I am not reading?

I'm curious if the dev tried to add some sort of anti-cheat (or similar) last second and just bricked the game as a whole without realizing lol. No scenes play, just black screens and text bubbles when loading from an old save.

Let me know if disabling V-sync (or changing the framerate) does the trick (Settings > Video Options).

Just messed around with it before seeing your reply and figured it out. Weird that V-sync causes such an issue. Thanks for the reply anyway.
