The game's pretty solid as a WIP, but it's got the same problem as 100% of all of FieryLion/AntLyon's other games, it's a simple idea slapped together with loads of Koikatu model renders, then it's released and there's no way of knowing when/if the game will ever be updated again, as the dev makes quite a lot of these WIP games.
Part of the issue is that the dev has to render each and every variation of each and every pic manually, one-by-one, then implement them into the game, one-by-one, which makes development hard, tedious, and slow.
Anyway, as per the F95 rules, I have to review it as-is:
There's two girls to pick from, all that changes is their appearance.
Money isn't useful, so all you really do is grind stats so you can make the girls bigger.
The Koikatsu renders are okay, though the bellies look awful at the bigger sizes with most poses.
Air and water inflation is OP as hell, since they both cost nothing and neither require you to train vaginal stretching, and neither require any thinking, just pressing a button and waiting until she's big enough
The game is buggy (haha, bugs), all content can be seen in less than five minutes, and there's no reason not to just grind stats until you can get her huge, then just get her huge as many times as you want.
Not enough things to spend money on, no other goals, even the stream chat is pretty pointless as it's just random chatter that doesn't have to do with anything.
Even having both girls bought is pretty irrelevant since you don't really use money for much, and both girls are completely identical gameplay-wise.
TL;DR: grinding girls stats in a buggy game so you can see increasingly larger Koikatu renders. If you like inflation, slimes, unbirth, or vore, you'll download the game, play it for 10 minutes, then probably won't play it ever again.
