Is it just me, or are NPCs a lot more eager to get laid in version 2.0? Even virgins seem to put out in the first encounter in the game I just started. Is that part of the personality revamp?

So, can NPCs have family members or not? For example, two NPCs being siblings? Because there is an achievement in the game that indicates that, but I've started the game, I introduce myself to every stranger NPC, and all of them only have non-family relations to each other

Also I've noticed there is a mother mentioned in the achievements? How do you unlock that? The MC only has a sister at the start

When you get lewder jobs, moms of some of them can be spawned to either seek same job, or demand you fire the daughter. But as for the achievement, you also have several siblings. 2 sisters/daughters, you could get one of those achievements with.

Could also just set the difficulty for laws passing to 0.

I did that and its still not passing
Doesn't mean it autopass. Just that it's much much easier. If you want to cheat laws, either know the console comman, or download the cheat mod. But I can tell you that with 0 in law difficulty, you will have most if not all laws unlocked by the time you have anywhere near the resources and manpower to exploit it. unless you cheat those too, and by that option, you might as well just get the cheat mod.

Can someone explain how points work? And what they do?
I have -760K points but I have 75 of fame, no debt. My cash flow is negative but like -250$/day, not thousands...

Points, is how you compare to the others, iirc. So if you got minus, you're doing worse than the other clubs.

The Game Help screen are actually pretty good in explaining things.

Points dont matter. They are just a way to see how you are doing compared to other clubs. The Game help says that it is calculated by net cash on hand, fame and market share. Market share is the tricky one, because if you have net revenue for the day that is negative, you have negative market share for that day. The game treats every expenditure you make as a business expense, so it is easy to generate a couple of days of negative revenue, which influences your monthly market share, and thus negative points.

Considering that you have Fame 75, you have just opened your Bar and are in the process of building a kitchen and storage. Until you actually build a stage and dressing room, things will be financially unstable.

That makes sense, my average revenue per share is indeed the element that was causing this deep loss in points. And indeed, my kitchen is nearly finished and I did enough to sway the commissionners to vote on interesting laws, I'm not afraid for the future :)

Ok, once you have info on a council member, how do you use it?
As I remember, talk her/him about the laws, request, and there will be the possibility to mention your blackmail info.

They can have. Sometimes the RNG goddess smile at you when a new NPC spawn, so an NPC you know and meet will say, "hey, look here, this is my relative". Mostly I've seen aunts and nieces.

Or if you bribe a council member, one method is to offer a job his/her "idiot kid". It could be a daughter, if he/she old enough to have an adult kid, or if too young, a sibling.

As Humblebien said, if you employ young strippers, their mothers could be spawn to harrass you.

Lastly, your mother spawn cca. 15 month ingame. Or later, because RNG.

Is there plague in this game or something? Suddenly all of my employees all "can't work due to health reasons" all at once, and as soon as they come back they immediately have health reasons again.
I hate bumping my own message, but is there *anything* I can do to deal with this? I'm getting multiple repetitions of each employee being "unable to work due to health reasons", which hit them all at once, then as soon as they're back they all go out again. I can sometimes text them and ask how they're feeling, and they usually have positive health values (21 or so). I only have the club open two time periods each day, I allow employees to take two breaks per pay period, I have the health recovery modifier in Options set to 2. This is basically making my save unplayable, as I have to spend all my time on club maintenance in the morning and either bartending or serving at night in order to make any money; I can't spend any time doing any of the actual *game* parts of the game.

Well there is a STD ingame. Not sure if was removed or not. I know them being overworked also have a health drain. So if they have no days off and work long long shifts, you are going to have a heap of problems.

Patch notes for 2.0 say that STD was removed, and I explicitly said that I only have the club open 2 time periods per day with two days off.
