Do you mean NPC weight and fitness can change?
and if so, does it do anything?

I looked a bit through the files and found that there's supposed to be a "younger sibling" storyline (sister.tfl & sister2.tfl) and a "mum" storyline (mc_mom.tfl).
is there a way to start these through the console? if so, how?

A bunch of options disappeared entirely, like Discuss laws with commissioners, running in park, asking someone to be my friend and others? A few weeks have passed by and these options aren't back yet. Any help?

1. That's sort of a bug. There's code to prevent AI clubs from hiring singers and dancers once they have strippers and it's triggering there when it shouldn't. I will have to add a check to allow the MC to override that.
2. The inspector sometimes takes too long to act, so it could have been a violation that happened earlier. But yeah, it probably should wipe those out in that case.
3. If the other people can't do it at that time because of other commitments, they get pushed back.
4. Use the Treat Injuries option in that case. That one can be done every 4 days.
You probably have too much debt so people think your club is going to go bankrupt and don't want to work there. Depending on how high is your debt, you may be better off starting a new game and playing it slower (don't build rooms until you actually need them).
That hasn't changed. Use that option first before moving. If you moved, then ask someone to meet you then that will pass time.
Your willpower is not relevant, only your sociability. If you are having trouble convicing others, try to do get them to like Following Orders first. That will make it much easier. Also, the higher their looseness the easier it is. And also make them like you more.
You will have a chance to move into your own apartment after a while.
Are you healthy? You may not be, so make sure you are. Or you are not getting enough sleep.
Yes they can change. As I stated before stamina is energy in this game, if an NPC is over weight and loves junk food, they'll have less than an NPC who likes to eat healthy and likes to exercise. The MC can go to places to eat, choose healthy options or not, use the gym to increase stamina,endurance and strength, NPC's can do this too. Change there likes to athletic things like running and swimming, make them hate junk food so they eat healthy, they'll be tired less often and less likely to be sick.
Well so far so good, in about 1 and quarter, i have apartment and parking lot is going in. i know a ton of No Names?! I know my 2 sisters but yet i have not seen my mom... And am i missing something or is it not done yet? ( The auto Name maker ) it needs it badly

while I have you here, couple things you should (in my opinion
) consider:1) can you pack your ui into a unity-project and put it somewhere? I'm function-over-form myself, but your ui needs work and I'd like to see what I can come up with
2) consider changing the status-header during sexy times from op/attr to arousal/stam
2.5) that way you could remove those updates from the text and fluff those out more (describing what happens instead of "it was bad/good/great")
3) as mentioned before, an mc-creator would be great, letting us set our own opinions on things before someone asks for them (and maybe give us the option to lie to people when they ask our opinion?)
4) an indication why a character declined going to a more private spot and the option to correct the attempt
5) add "my office/my place" to the list of more private spots
6) when changing someone's opinion, a way out of changing a specific opinion (the screen with "should like more/less")
7) an option to filter out log-severities (I think it's info that tells me my stamina dropped by 2? I don't need to see all that
)further, since you're using unity, you may want to consider going 3D animated... for as things are right now, unity is a bit overkill for what you are doing... I haven't really thought it all through yet, but, budget or willingness from 3d modellers, you should be able to use 2-3 basebodies with morphs and a couple of baseheads with morphs to generate charactermodels which you could then animate... also a 3d (or pseudo-3d) representation of the the club would be great

i think about 6 months in, she is younger and going to the college. I got a text then about a month later she shows up --> Mom April 1st text, i guess she is coming to town lol

I had a problem with this mod or I messed up lol. I would talk to people and it didn't give the alert that increases their liking for me, for nothing, it only appears in the chat, energy dropping, save, or when talking about something they like, but it never increased their interest in me, then when I created the folder from scratch without it, and just got the save, it went back to normal.
I still can't hire little sister ...
Big sister just asked (again) if I can recruit her.
I have her room-mate and most of her friends working for me.
Little sis working at rival club as stripper for over 1 year.
I've got little sis at 100/100, happiness down to 30.
I've convinced her jobs so she hates stripping, loves food prep work, swimming and swim work.
I have open position as cook, lifeguard (and others) .. 6 jobs posted
She says she isn't interested in any jobs I have posted.
It's further than before at least its not the generic, she's not able to take a full time job.
I keep changing her opinion on various jobs and activities but always "not interested in any jobs I have posted" .... I'm going mad, I fired loads of people to get the open jobs and she won't take any of them.

First year. She texts you at the start of the summer break (June 30, I think), but only appears in the city at the start of the Uni semester, Sept 1.

i plan to expand it but i dont have a time frame for when. i do it because i like messing around with AI but tbh it takes quite abit of time genning pictures and edit them for the game so yes i plan to expand on it but it might take weeks maybe months before i update

Well, take your time, if the result is anything like what's in the current 'Tea' pack, then its gonna be worth the wait. I have made girlfriends with like half the current 'Tea' pack, I can't help myself..
