Arousal goes up every day, and goes down when you cum. For men it goes down 50 and for women it goes down 30 on each cum. There are other rare events that cause arousal to go further down, but in general given that you normally cum when over 80 and then lose 30 women's arousal will usually be in the 50-80 range. I have no idea what you mean by getting +1 base arousal. There's no such thing as base arousal.
And why does it matter?
I rather not. My guess is that won't be well received. In fact I got way more requests to get rid of the existing messages about loading a new game without saving than this. In any event when you save a game over a previously saved game, the original is renamed with the name save-old.txt. So if you do that accidentally, you can recover it. You would need to change the name back to the proper save-X.txt file (where X is the slot number minus 1). For example if you saved it in slot 5, the filename is save-4.txt.
What makes you think they are not cleaning the club? If maintenance is going up maybe they can't keep up.
So if she is a stripper already, it is going to be very hard to hire her as a waitress or anything like that. You need to offer her a better job. So either you offer her a manager job (which you can't cause she is not qualified for), a stripper job or a hooker job. And if you do offer her a stripper job it has to be worth her while. She just won't do a lateral move because you ask. So the fact that she loves sex work won't help, because while it makes her like your job more, it also makes her like her current job more. So it's a wash. Also, both stripper and sex worker are both in the Sex Work category so you can't influence one without the other. But sex workers pay better, so that would be your best bet. You could also try with masseuse and bouncer as those jobs also pay better than the other club jobs, not as good as a stripper, but the difference is less and you can make her love those jobs.
Also try to make her have a negative opinion of her boss. That's harder to do and there's no sure fire way to do it. You may need to spread rumors about her boss.
Given that this is part of the story it should be easier than it actually. I will be adding something to the story to help this along because depending on the sister's personality it may be really hard to get her to quit.
Maintenance gets accumulated on every period based on the customers in the club, but there's also an additional step that runs overnight that considers other factors that's not tied to the customers. So yeah, you can see it go up even when the club is closed.The amount of maintenance points per time period per janitor goes from 130 to 240 or something like that, if this doesn't happen then yes, it's a bug.
Possible reasons/non bugs:
1. They work for 3 time periods, so it's okay if you see maintenance points piling up when they don't work.
2. Your club is so big that you need more of them
3. You need a restroom attendant.
I did notice, early in the game, when I don't have a janitor, that sometimes I have to "Do maintenance" twice, like at night after the club is closed I clear everything and in the early morning it's back at 130, but it's very random. Maybe it's my dirty laundry
1. There's no way to open the club map from the TFL code. I can add it, but be aware that it won't show to the user until after your scene is over. So it will need to be the last step. (For mod questions, I suggest going to the discord, link appears a couple of pages back).do you expose the UI to mods (C#, most likely?)? specifically the character-list and options...
also, a small-ish request concerning mods. my text comprehension is severly lacking today, so maybe you can help me out:
I want to make it so when a user clicks the "go to work" button,they end up in the office, but with the location map already open... so my guess is I have to somehow hook into your function and add my "open map"...
but my brain too small to figure out how. pointers would be appreciated

something else would be an if to limit who sends you messages regarding certain topics. I get messages from people I basically just introduced myself to, we have no opinion of each other, no attraction either way and they thank me for my help in figuring out their sexuality... it's weird...

3. That should create a gossip which means that at some point you will learn about it. You can talk to her and she may share it with you if she likes you enough. Otherwise you have to wait until it spreads to you.
