Let's say there's money: Is it possible to pay immediately? (what needs to be done for this?)

If you mean is there a way to pay of your debt immediately, yes, you can do that. Under Club Policies, Other there's an option to change it so that you can pay off your loans manually instead of automatically.

It would be great if I could buy my own mansion.
Then I could build things in the mansion (rooms, a pool, etc.).
Furthermore, I would hire staff to work in the mansion.

It would also be nice if I could create my own security service.

Upgrading your house is on the plan of stuff to do. Not sure about a security service or how it would integrate with the rest of the game.

If an employee likes me 100 and is happy 98 and they refuse to undergo training because they don't feel like it, what am I doing wrong and what do I need to do to get them to agree? Just wait a week or something?

This is usually their own personality that they are too stubborn (high willpower) and think they know better. In general you can try asking again the next day and eventually the RNG may get them to agree. Get them loose and/or to like following orders in order to improve the chances. This one has no penalty for asking so you can ask every day if you want to. (Asking multiple times per day won't help as their answer will be the same each time in the same day).

How/when do you get to buyout the other clubs? They keep shutting down and a new owner scoops them up before I can even react. Is it a time in game thing or am I missing something?

LOL! This was in the original plan of the game. However I've not given it a lot of thought as the game sort of drifted in a different direction. Not sure if that's something I will get to do.

Bug Maybe : Daughter is still a virgin even though she has had sex and its listed in her relation modifiers.

It's listed as a rumor. It means that at some point you learned that she was a virgin. But that may have changed since then. So in general this would be fine, but in this case where you took her virginity it should have been removed. I thought I had something to handle that one specific case but I didn't. Will need to look into it. It probably should also be removed when you find out they are pregnant.

In 2.05 my save is Incompatible version 2.03. Where i can find 2.04 ?

How do I get access to the cult?

Go to the library and check out a "sex" book (strip-tease, how to have sex...) - you'll meet the CEO/leader. If you don't, try again with another book (kissing, flirting and dirty talk don't count as "sex" book).

The first idea is a good one. It's tricky to do as anything that involves 3 people but it's something I've been thinking about. Condoms can break already, it is just not communicated. Like who looks at a used condom to check its integrity? There's already ways to mess with someone's birth control so I'm not likely to add more ways to do that. (Go on dates with her and you may get that opportunity).

In the Investor Home Event it always end in Cum on body, why not as a next step or phase the Mens need to cum inside as a thropy or so also with Pregnancy Risk. Could we also get the option to make the Teams and not be Random ?

What is also strange is that many Pregnant Women are asking for Alcohol, is there a chance to reduce the questions from them ?

what do you say about the Idea of when a Girlfriend ask "want to Fuck" because she wants to get Pregnant - you can give it a try to make her do it in front of you with someone you say (from the Contacts) ?

what do you think about more options in the "Playing for More then Fun"-Event. ? maybe like for the > High - Breed Child or be Girlfriend (Or maybe Slave ) or even be part of Gangbang.

Well then, in that case time to go full sabotage and have those job haters burn it down. I was trying to preserve the clubs so I could scoop it up when it was finally my turn without too much cleanup; but now its full Machiavelli on the city.

Looseness due to being drunk grows over time, if you have a drink in the evening you'll see the effects during the night / late night.

Janitors are special because they need to work when the club is closed (that's how you can fix it after a disaster). So forcing them into the shift mechanism breaks this. I don't see the value of having them working later so not going to go and do all that work. (Plus is much easier to clean the club when there's less people there. You don't want them vaccuuming the place while you are watching girls strip!).

So many people keep reporting this that there must be something that I'm missing. But I've never seen it. The latest version even shows your level of looseness during that interaction. So if you are already over 40 you can pass out during it even if you don't have another drink.

Yes my looseness was usually around 60 or something in these cases because I had just come from having a sex date in the middle of the day.... how do I recover and reduce my horniness quickly so that i can buy someone a drink without passing out?

Alternatively maybe change the code so that someone cannot black out from zero alcohol?

I like the idea of assigning shifts, for janitor you could assign days? Like Mon/Wed/Fri = janitor 1, Tue/Thu/Sat = Janitor 2, decide if you want 0, 1 or 2 on Sunday, etc. It would be cost-effective in the early days (the MC can do maintenance when the janitor doesn't work, as "dirt" isn't much of an issue when you're only open for 1 or 2 time periods) and also solve the problem of them working 7 days a week.
