The last couple levels I completely lost interest. Then you figure out that if you can beat the level within a set time, you get two stars. Fortunately the savedata is relatively exposed.

If you change your save data to this : ggcccccccccccccccccccc
everything will be unlocked

Got 28 stars with 11 double stars, I'm pretty proud of myself. Decent brain workout, although the levels with the flame spitting cannons are really nasty.
Overwriting the save data in the save.txt to "ggcccccccccccccccccccc" worked as well, cheers!
