EDIT: Mm well, this is more of a demo (about 10 minutes of reading) at the moment it is more of an introduction, there is no choice, the name of the Mc can be changed and the player can choose the relationships with whom the Mc lives , landlady, roomate (but certainly the story lacks an introduction with the characters), is the typical "Mc sees a girl and thinks she's hot, or starts seeing the people he lives with in a "different way" and that is demonstrated with a scene where the Mc has a dream where the "roommate" gives him a BJ (I hate those dreams man, they ruin the tension ).
In general it doesn't look bad, but it would still be good to know what kind of content it will have, and if the kinks/fetishes are going to be avoidable (they don't happen in the story according to player choice) skippable (they happen in the story but the player doesn't see the scene) forced by plot?

I prefer you to get to know the characters as you play instead of give you all the info and spoil their personalities.

All the not vanilla content are going to be avoidable/skippable, I have no intentions of forcing any content.
And the kinks/fetishes are going to be created as I make the game.

For example, you can customize it so that the landlady is your mother/aunt and the roommate is your sister/cousin.
