You need to open the .rgss file, then replace the files in the games data folder with the one from your patch. It's a different game, but here's a visual example...

There's a guide and extractor here, be warned though the extractor usually sets off the antivirus.

oh yea thanks, but i think i can't because the Data fine isn't in the game folder or something like that :C. if I replace the data the patch don't work

The data folder is packaged in the .rgss3a file, it's why you need the extractor to get to it. Tried it with a Japanese release of the game (as I could download it quicker than the SXS one) and it didn't work.
