Some old QSP game called Rubedo (based on game Albedo and ETO/Simgirl), where in fantasy path of game you can be futa (or turned into one) and be dominated (or dominate). For example, there was a village near the desert, I think, where a succubus lived who turned all the men she met into girls (and futas), and in this place there was quite good content with other girls and futas:

Unfortunatly not exactly, but deserves mention, I guess:
Inner Growth: mostly alpha futa? MC, but sometimes MC gets fucked
Futa Concoction: alpha futa MC, bunch of girls and has few other futas, and there are few scenes, where MC gets fucked
Cursed Armor: submissive MC, can cast transform spell to get cock, almost always gets fucked, but not futa focus
Corruption of Champions II (aka CoC2), Trials in Tainted Space (aka TITS), Broken Dreams Correctional Center (aka BDCC), Lust Doll Plus: have character creation and agile gameplay, so you can play as futa and get fucked
Hentai High School+: character creation, can be futa, can fuck and can get fucked at any combination of female/male/futa on female/male/futa (usually generic scenes, no hard futa focus)
