Subscribe to get notifications for a certain tag

Not sure if this is the right spot for this, but I've searched for this topic without any luck.

Is there a way to subscribe to a tag, such as 2d game or 2dcg so that I would receive notifications any time a new game is added with those tags? I thought I had that set up previously, but something must have changed, since I'm not receiving those notifications any more.

Any help would be appreciated - thanks!
