This sounds distressingly generic.
Not that that's necessarily a bad thing around these parts. Ironically, the main gameplay loop ir probably unusual on this site.
It looks decent enough.

Click on the locked skill in the phone, other menu will appear with its description and if D-energy is enough
learn button will appear.
If the skill has already been learned, it should be moved to the lower slot, which will be highlighted.
In match3,game the skills are cost energy:
first level skills cost 3 energy
second level - 4 energy
third level - 5 energy
fourth level - 6 energy
fifth level - 7 energy
We forgot to write the cost of skills in match3 game, now only the number of uses is shown
We will soon fix it!

Game is autosaved every time a date change appears on the screen
my bad, button "exit to main menu" does not work. When testing a game, I usually just close the game window =) Will fix it!
