I wouldn't even call it an end-only. As far as I can tell, there is 1 scene in the introduction that explains that, in ancient times, humans and furries coexisted and had children together. With a picture of a couple holding a cow-human baby. That's the entire "pregnancy" content.

The game is very early-dev. No real sex scenes; a voyeur masturbation scene, nurse exam with groping, a HJ scene, flashing, and an almost sex scene with a pervy doctor that is stopped before it happens.
