Identify Succubus protagonist game

Hello guys.

I had played, a while ago, a game and in this one the protagonist is a female demon summoned on earth by a girl who want revenge on one of her teacher (summoning goes wild and the succubus become master).

There is management aspect in this game, it's not RPGM, probably not VN, HTML i think but i am not sure.
