Well if nothing else, this game gave me a "TIL" moment.

With a little research I discovered that "P活" is short for 「パパ活」(Papa Katsu), which is a recent slang term born from "Papa supported Seikatsu (lifestyle)".

The English game title "Sugar Daddy Dating" is a good translation of "P-Katsu", but it drops the rest of the nuance of the Japanese title. The full title is "Majide P-Katsu 5 Byo Mae" which might be translated "Seriously, I'm like 5 seconds away from becoming a sugar daddy"

(The subject of the title is indefinite, so it could just as easily be "Seriously, I'm like 5 seconds away from becoming a sugar baby" if the speaker is supposed to be the girl and not the player character.)
