That is dlc for Spoiled Child the Japanese game. There was already a (preemptive) translation request, but Kagure will probably release a English and uncensored version of it for Summer Memories.

I'm sorry I'm a little confused. So spoiled child and summer memories are both the same game?

Yes but Spoiled Child (or Pampered Boy) is the Japanese game, Summer Memories the official English version from Kagura. So same games but different versions, you can't install this dlc on the English game, need to wait for the kagura version.

did anyone know how to get the cosplay costume in amaenbo+? e.g. yui highschool costume that apear in the cover

Just get the game from the game thread, it's the complete (and mosaic free) Kagura version. If you do want to install the Japanese DLC to the original Japanese game though you have to run the installer with Japanese locale.
