So I don't know if it's just how the game is, as some of the routes are a bit screwy (if you follow the swinging route then there's no swinging, and just mild differences like Ivy doesn't blow anyone at the end of the current content rather than the MC or the black dude), but I've been zipping through following some different ones...

There's a point where it says "Nina: Should I continue to have home sessions at her house"... and the mod routes say,
Swinging Without Joe and Kayne - She Should
Harem: Allow Girl on Girl - She shouldn't.

But what that cuts out if you tell her not to go to that woman's house is some girl on girl stuff (you've already denied any guys from even being in the game).

Like I said though the game is a little screwy, there's one bit where you can ask her if she'd even let Joe fuck her, and that pops up in a version where he never moved in and she's never met him, so seems odd... so I'm guessing it's not down to the mod itself.

Checked. Joe didn't move in => Joe NTR scene value is zero => the MC can't suggest about Joe. Not a problem of the original game.
