Identify Summer School game that I can't remember

I'm looking for this game where you're this delinquent who gets sent to summer school, who works for this mob boss lady, there's a scene where she kidnaps a reporter and gives her piercings, and another one where you assault this nerd girl in the showers. When you go to classes you have the option of who you sit next to, if anyone remembers I'd really appreciate it.
