Summer: Stolen Paradise is an amazing adult game that completely caught me by surprise! The story is engaging and full of emotion, with just the right mix of drama, mystery, and romance. The character designs are absolutely gorgeous — every expression and detail feels alive, and the overall art style really pulls you into the world. The scenes are top-quality and flow perfectly with the story, making the experience both immersive and satisfying. You can tell a lot of care went into the writing and visuals. I’m genuinely excited for the next update — this game just keeps getting better! I highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys well-crafted stories and beautiful character design.

This review is written as of playing the v0.31 version (as a patreon member).

I've been supporting the dev for a while and I'm still surprised by how underrated this game is. The reviews here seems to be a mixed bag but it is more to do with people not wanting to read than anything else.

    Story and Characters:
    A meaningful story
that can be taken as a flaw if you are here for a quick fap but hear me out, the slow burn here works well because of the huge amount of content that comes after the first part which starts off slower.
People who got infuriated because NTR characters act a certain way in NTR games baffled me so you have to understand the game you are playing is not a romance or a pure love story.

Anyway, I'm talking about the completed route of the finished Bakery NTR path. If you are for the darkest corners of NTR then Summer Paradise delivers because of the time you spent with the characters in each route. This is assuming you do read the text and is invested in them.

The main characters are developed and are alot more than your average NTR or adult game characters. They make surprising decisions and have thoughts that you would never expect this type of game to have.
There is also a mystery being cooked here with where the game occurs. I can tell a lot of care is put into the lore. Personally, I find myself invested in the mystery but not exactly theorizing anything.

    Art:
There's a bunch of animated scenes. Some of them can be staggering but they work pretty well to create movement in the scene. Most of the people that doesn't rate the game as high as I do would tell you that they enjoyed the scenes. I won't grab a save file if you want to see because it hits a lot more playing it yourself. Art can be sketch-like at times but most of the time, it works well for the type of game.

    Gameplay:
It felt a little slow at the start but once the first hour or so is over me, it felt pretty easy and smooth to get from scene to scene. It's not completely turn off your brain and play but you never really have to solve an engineering problem or code a rocket in your backyard here. You do have to pay some attention but if not, someone made a walkthrough somewhere that'll help.

All in all, as long as dev keeps up the good work with the new route which is looking to be promising, I'll keep supporting and keep this at 5 stars.
Can't believe how underrated this is but I guess people just don't have the patience anymore nowadays. If you do, I find this game rewarding with the large amount of content in just one route alone.

I am giving this game solid 3 stars. It'S set in very pessimistic world where every guy except mc is absolut shitbag and every female character easely corruptable slut.

The mc himself is always one step behind everyone and absolute loser to the point of ridicolusness. I actually started to hate the guy.

    The scenes are hot thought.

    Votiar

Too complicated for a porn game. Worse, it has realtime timer which puts permanent pressure on player. That does not make game hot.
Characters are just another extremly dumb beta male character and submissive silly female character. Female character is not bad but mc is annoying because of his idiocy.
    But art is nice.

    v0.30.02 Public
Havent played this in a while, but gave the new version a go. Quite a lot of progress has been made since I played last year.

Not sure if it was always an issue but the text and text boxes feel sluggish and unresponsive.

I can't quite articulate it other than saying "clunky", but there is something about the text boxes that doesn't feel right and it detracts from the game overall.

Another mention is that randomly the text boxes get hidden when the initial dialogue starts, and I need to right click it to unhide it. This happens very often and I feel like it causes me to miss dialogue since you can skip text when the box is hidden.

Other than the above, I am happy with the game overall and wish the dev the best with their future updates

Good storyline with reasonable game progression on ntr-corruption genre game.
CG is not bad too, I like this.
Game System is okay with rpgm sometime feel buggy but overall is still good to play.

Glad I have found this game and Dev.

I love some parts of the game, although the art is somewhat amateurish, it still looks decent and has certain quality to it.

Mechanics are fine as well, the minigame gets boring real quick, could consider getting an option of streamlining it.

The story however is mighty flawed. I couldn't get past the breaking point, which was the mistake every cliche romance author does, further on in spoiler.

You don't have permission to view the spoiler content. Log in or register now.

Had the story part been better, as it is quite paramount to experience, I would have rated it 4, but this feels like a cheap way out.

TL;DR: The game (v0.30.02) is trying to do way too much at once with gameplay and the story its trying to tell.

It's also trying too hard to "be better than what it is", if that makes any sense at all.

The MC (Dan) being utterly incompetent during the course of story whenever it was most convenient to lead to the next scene was also slightly infuriating, when Dan also shows some quite good character at a handful of moments.

It makes it hard to take the game a bit seriously at times when the game itself wants you to take it a little seriously at certain scenes.

At least the art is charming. I'll come back to re-review when more routes are added, maybe.

Story is cool, situations are good, graphics are good in my view, its own style etc.
The main game is a bit to ambitious for a fap-game, its easy to forget the reason fap-games exist, its the fap part mostly.
Its almost to complex and expansive for its own good, but at the same time, its very charming in that sense.
Over-engineered with lots of game systems, but still cool.

I like true NTR with a bit of mystery, corruption, and realistic pressures that don't involve fantasy bullshit like hypnosis. This game does do all that, but the delivery is really bad. Long-winded, hard to follow dialogue and instructions. Slow pace and tedious gameplay. The art is nice and has a handcrafted feel to it. But you'll need to trudge through reams of text to see any of it and there isn't much anyway.

"A Surprising Gem with Depth, Emotion, and Heat"

Summer Stolen Paradise blew past my expectations. At first glance, it looks like a typical NTR game—but what 7RKStudio delivers here is much more than just spicy scenes. The story has emotional weight, the characters feel surprisingly real, and the choices actually matter. Every decision affects the relationships, and the sense of tension as the story unfolds is masterfully done.

The art is fantastic—stylish and expressive—and the animations during key scenes are well above average for this genre. I also loved the small-town vibe: the farming, fishing, bakery jobs, and day/night cycle made the world feel alive. It’s immersive, and the minigames don’t feel like filler—they're fun and rewarding.

Yes, it’s built around NTR, but it’s done with care and strong storytelling. There’s even a (currently limited) vanilla route for those who want to play it safe. But if you’re into psychological drama, slow corruption, or just want an adult game that doesn’t treat you like a button-masher, this one is well worth your time.

Can’t wait to see how it evolves in future updates—highly recommend for mature players looking for something more than the usual.

    Hey everyone,

I'm not usually the type to post reviews. I read, I download, I play, but I rarely comment. But for Summer Stolen Paradise [v0.29.3], I had to make an exception, because the game is truly worth the effort and fully deserves the attention it's getting. I've just spent a colossal amount of time on it, and I had to share my thoughts, especially if you have specific expectations like I do.

Title: A Story That's Worth It... At the Cost of Your Sanity (When It Comes to Puzzles)!

Introduction - The Surprise Behind the Cover

I'll be honest, when I first saw the game's page, I wasn't sold at all. I thought to myself, "here we go again, another basic-looking game, probably with no real flavor." Well, man, was I wrong. Once I started, I couldn't put it down. The game is incredibly engaging, and its main strength hit me right away: its length. I'm talking over 60 hours of gameplay on my end, and it's a real pleasure to see a story take its time to unfold.

The Strong Points (For Story Lovers Above All)

    • The Story and Length: This is the star of the show. The story is long, very long, but most importantly, it's engaging. You get attached to the characters, you want to know what happens next. The 60+ hours don't feel artificial; the plot is dense and well-paced (when it's not being interrupted, but I'll get to that).
    • The Writing and Atmosphere: Frankly, the quality of the writing makes you quickly forget about the graphics, which aren't always top-notch. You're immersed in a unique atmosphere, the world is immersive, and you just let yourself get carried away by the dialogue and descriptions. It's proof that a good VN is, first and foremost, a good story.
    • Replayability and Choices: The game doesn't just stick to a single path. There are multiple possible endings, and our choices have a real impact on how events unfold. That's a huge plus that encourages exploring different paths and strengthens the player's investment.
    • The "Rewards": Let's be clear, this is F95. The adult scenes are there, they're varied, and most importantly, they're well-integrated into the story. They feel like logical rewards for the player who has progressed through the plot, which is much more gratifying than a simple unlockable bonus.

The Weak Points (A Warning for "Anti-Puzzle" Players)

And this is where things get rough for me. As much as I loved the story, some of the gameplay choices made me want to scream.

    • Frustrating Mini-Games and Puzzles: Some mini-games are mandatory and poorly balanced in terms of difficulty. I'm thinking specifically of the beach mini-game, which is a total nightmare. But the worst of the worst, for me, was the sauna quest. I found it awful to have to wait around and think for who knows how long on a puzzle like that. I managed some parts, but for others, I ended up looking up the solution online because it was just impossible.
    • A Disconnect with Expectations: And that's the whole issue. Personally, I come to a VN for the story, the animations, and, let's be honest, the fap. I'm not here to do math or logic tests that completely break the immersion. When I'm deep in the plot and the game throws a twisted puzzle at me, it shatters the whole experience.
    • Sometimes Opaque Progression: This excessive difficulty makes progression confusing. You're left wondering if you missed a piece of dialogue or if you're just bad at the puzzle. The example of the map you have to find in the office is a perfect illustration: without a guide, I'd still be there. It pushes you to look for walkthroughs, which is a shame for a narrative-driven game.
    • Technical Bugs: Version 0.29.3 is not without its flaws: I encountered messages popping up out of sequence, some minor display glitches, and worst of all, a really annoying bug where the text displays in two parts, forcing you to click twice to move on. It makes reading significantly more tedious.

    Summary and Recommendation

The Pros (For Story Lovers)The Cons (For Those Who Hate Puzzles)
Long (60hr+) and captivating storyMandatory and frustrating puzzles/mini-games (Sauna!)
High-quality writing and immersive atmosphereBreaks the rhythm and immersion for story-focused players
Real replayability (choices, multiple endings)Confusing progression that might require a guide
Well-integrated adult scenesA few persistent technical bugs (text display...)

I was hesitant on trying this but after finishing the game to the end of this current update, I have to say that this is one of the better NTR games here.

It is not perfect of course and I'm giving it a 5 stars because I read the thread and reviews and felt most of them are from people who don't know how to read and sees this as a scene collector or gallery viewer type of game.

I'm glad I wasn't deterred but truly the game does require some patience but it felt like it really pays off once you are willing to give it abit of time.

    Good:
Scenes being really well done and packed, a lot of content for each scene and alot of scene.

Alot of hidden NTR moments (But the recollection room doesn't show them, hope the developer includes them in future).

Really nice to have so much pixel art and graphics, very rare to see a game with both this amount of art and graphics.

Writing is amazing, at least for the slow burn. Characters are complex and immersibe. But it does becomes abit too much much later in the game but I will give some leeway as I believe it only happened in the crazy H scenes.

The mystery is pretty good here although I don't know what the hell is happening and can't figure it out. Nice bad ends.

    Not as good/Bad:
I figured this out much later but apparently the minigames or at least the Bakery one doesn't have anything to do with progression. I did a lot and while they were fun at first can get repetitive until the very last one (Passion) I believe. Which made it all worth it.
But yes, wish I didn't dump so much time into the earlier "area" of the minigame as I can just progress as normal and the scenes there wasn't as deep.

Others have also mentioned but the movement can feel a bit off at times.
Other cons are mostly stuff like the harvest moon mechanic that felt underused or not really necessary. I wish maps weren't that big either and there were most stuff to do.

Other than that, just want to write here and wish the developer would continue to work hard. This was a surprise to me and was a worthwhile one.

Yupp, sadly its just too much of a grind. The scenes and corruption progression is quite nice though. There is a little too much unnecessary stuff to do. Use gameplay to help the NTR develop but dont make it an empty occupational therapy. Art is great though.

Personllay I am not a fan of the first NTR route (baker). I am not a fan of this type of antagonist and NTR reasoning/logic. There are more realistic/exciting set ups imo, but it has nice scenes. And maybe one of the other routes hits my kinks more.

Sorry, but I have to whip out the ol "It insists upon itself"

There is decent art here but everything leading up to it, and the scenes themselves, just take way too fucking long. I don't mind slow burn corruption but there are definitely games that put waaaay too much emphasis on the "slow" part and sadly this is one of those games imo

Too much back and forth and gum flapping before any scenes
Scenes drag on for way too long, to the point that while watching them in the recollection room I just close the game after a bit because cmon dude, the art isn't that good
Mini games are a drag to do, and there's quite a bit of them
Messages are painfully slow to pop up fully for some reason like there's just so many second long pauses in each line of dialogue for some reason that just really adds up

This game isn't offensively bad, and at least there is actual content here (one of the routes at least, but just really not my cup of tea. Download a save and hold down Ctrl lmao

Love the game, dont abandon it, keep update and keep it up, no one is perfect and ignore the toxic people, love the 2dcg, love the scene behind, love the sneaky sneaky ntr part, love almost everything about this game. rarely found this kind of thing, the art is normal and good for me but what important is the story, that is the SOUL OF NTR, story what makes it NTR is what makes it NTR, keep it up and never give up, kuddos thumbs up for dev to make this, peace.

This game clearly takes inspiration from Scars of Summer, particularly in its mechanics, but the developer is aiming for something bigger and more ambitious. It features more minigames and deeper systems compared to Scars of Summer. There's also a large map, but at this stage, most of it feels underused. I'm not sure how the dev plans to make it relevant in future updates.

Currently, there are only three antagonists. I especially dislike the bakery guy — he's just ugly. I really hope the co-worker route gets more development soon, since this guy has more story with the main characters.

Overall, I'd give it a 4/5 for its scale and ambition. That said, the project feels like it might fall into development hell, and I worry the dev could end up burned out or overwhelmed.

Just want to spend 5 min and write my imo on this underrated game.

For heavy NTR enjoyers it's a real gem. Great scenes, scenarios and characters.
Dev putting some work in the project to make it better for new players. So now it's a great time to try it.

The only gripe with the game is that sometimes pacing is off. Some segments of the game are too much for a porn game. But overall it's not that big of a problem.
Art can be a bit rough for some, but imo it's kinda hot sometimes

Overall great NTR. Shaping to be one the best RPGM NTR games. Looking for more updates for sure

Good Art. Excellent story. Good pacing of corruption. 4 stars due to the replayability reminding me of the darkest NTR game, THP, replayability as in you likely wont return to the game after playing it once due to how dark it gets. Would definitely recommend a playthrough for NTR enjoyers. Just don't forget to set the message speed to instant or it will be too slow to enjoy the scenes.

    1. Regarding gameplay and movement system:
The map is quite large, winding, and currently a bit difficult to navigate. The "run" feature feels sticky and isn’t really fast, making movement inefficient. While this might not be too noticeable now with only the Bakery route (which is close to home), it could become a real issue in future updates. I strongly suggest adding a teleport option for later routes. I don’t want to spend time manually walking all over the map.
If that’s not possible, please consider implementing a different movement system for future games — something like the interaction style seen in VN games such as "Eva’s Ecstasy". While it may look slightly outdated, it's actually very convenient for gameplay and player experience.

    2. About H Scenes and the skip text feature:
There are several positive aspects — you’ve included a recollection room and regularly upload walkthroughs and latest save files on Patreon, which is really helpful. The art for H scenes is great — no need to complicate it with 3D or extra shading, as the current style is already very effective and efficient.
However, the skip text function feels sluggish — not as fast as I expected or compared to other games. Also, the scripts for H scenes are quite long (not necessarily a bad thing), but when trying to skip through, the game seems to pause every 3–4 lines for several seconds. Even with repeated skip attempts, some H scenes still take over 5 minutes to get through, which negatively affects the experience — especially when trying to FAP (not sure if it's just me, though).
    Rate
I’d rate the game 4 stars — it could easily be 5 if the gameplay system felt more in sync with the overall experience. That said, the H scene art is truly impressive. I can clearly see the effort you've put into refining the visuals, crafting the story, writing the scripts, and developing the character corruption. Everything feels coherent and natural, without coming across as forced or awkward. It’s a solid game in many ways — just held back a bit by a gameplay structure that doesn’t quite complement its strengths.

To be honest, after playing for around 2–3 hours, I gave up and ended up using the latest save file just to access the recollection room. The gameplay experience was honestly exhausting — it felt more like a chore than something enjoyable. If other players don’t know about the latest save trick, or if they place more value on gameplay than story or art, I imagine they might rate the game as low as 2 or 3 stars purely because of the gameplay frustration.
