Sancho has once again gone above and beyond to provide us with a guide that provides us with everything we need. From changing the UI to fit our needs. All the way to bending over backwards when it comes to giving information about variables that are in game or will be in future updates. The mod for this game makes the experience that much better. If you want to use a mod, Sancho is the one to go with!

Best modder on the site I think. His mods have tons of options and features and built in functions. If there is is an issue he responds and seems active in his mod threads and is friendly.

For this specific Summers Gone mod, the dialogue choices give you a full detail on what the choice does instead of most other modders styles of simply highlighting a single choice that they think is the best one. As you have probably figured out by now, a lot of games choices and consequences are rather complex and not as simple as a single right or wrong answer. You can adjust font size, rename anyone, modify values and so on. Too many things for me to list here. Its a great mod, best of all it works as is so you will not need to go through each mod option unless you want to.
