i want to find game that's played like summertime saga, a point and click game where you can go anywhere as you please, have little to no challenge and you can play different character routes in any order (usually game like this require a comprehensive guide for each steps). i've found several games like summertime saga like this but most of them aren't completed, the only few one that's completed that i already found is, princess trainer (and i guess some other akabur games) and elf quest. so i'd like to know more

Solvalley School fits your description quite well. Almost all girls have their own endings, too.
Similar with Glassix, though in that you have to be careful of one antagonist - though that's quite easy.

I think you should try Mythic Manor.
The game isn't completed, but it is still regularly updated and has a ton of content with a dozen girls. Normally I wouldn't recommend an incomplete game as an answer to a request for a completed one, but there is so much content. If the game were cancelled now it would still stand on it's own.
It has sandbox, a day/night cycle, and every love interest can be progressed at their own pace. Some content is locked behind progressing multiple characters, but these are for group activities like threesomes.
