Mod Ren'Py Summertime Saga Naughty Tribute Mod [srksrk 68]

It appears that some file explorer apps available now support writing to the Android/data directory. I verified this with Root Explorer, which allows access even without actually requiring root. In case this no longer works in the future, you may try the following workaround, also described in that thread

Yea so the mod's zip file contained all the 6 files. I pasted all these files into the "storage/emulated/0/Android/data/com.kompasproductions.summertimesaga.v20/files/games" folder. I did this with shizuku + xplore file manager because of the android 14 restrictions.

When i opened the game it showed "Parsing the script failed." And it showed 15 items from the script folder that were not parsed correctly i assume.

Here is exactly what was written in one of the items:
"File "/storage/emulated/0/Android/data/com.kompasproductions.summertimesaga.v20/files/game/scripts/characters/dewitt/office_button_dialogues.rpy", line 31 : scene statement expects a non-empty block. scene expression game.timer.image("dewitt_office_sex{}"):

Now idk what this means (not a technical guy). But am i doing something wrong? How can i fix it?

P.s. The game was a fresh download(opened only 1 time for a few seconds) so i had to create the game folder manually

If I remember correctly, this issue is because Kompass Productions re-packed their game for new Android, and that made it incompatible with the mod because of the new Renpy version they included, or something like this. Either way there is no chance to make it run I fear because I no longer have time or motivation to fix ancient releases

You may try JoiPlay which according to users seems to work, but I cannot support it. There are instructions in post 1.
