It is when the 2 girls were known for over 6 months, you can get them within 1 hour without skipping text and there's a few dozen of the same inquiry over 30 pages since launch. And you didn't search much if you didn't find anything

Please explain to me what, if anything, pregnancy adds in this game? It serves no purpose at all.
Girl gets pregnant -> You cant have sex with them for a few weeks -> Baby is born -> A week later its like it never even happened -> Everything goes back to the way it was pre-pregnancy.
Pointless waste of dev time and resources better spent anywhere else.

For some, impregnating a woman is the most euphoric. It's not the actual pregnancy or raising a child after.
Edit: oh yeah, and the concept of populating the world with one's own progeny. Perhaps the waiting time in order to impregnate again is part of the build up. Also, I remember in real life that fertility doctor who inseminated hundreds(?) of women with his own sperm rather than the sperm they were expecting. So, there is a need being fulfilled with this game mechanic.

While I'd agree in principle that it could have been limited to a few characters, the feature istself certainly makes some people happy and now that there are slowly more and more pregnant sex scenes, there'll be even more people who like it.
Then again, the additional art that's required for pregnancies, as long as we aren't talking about sex scenes, is very basic and DC usually draws it on stream when there's little else to do or when there hasn't been any nude stuff for some time.

Just to point out some other stuff and to complement what ^ said : the preg fetish was advertised as a "main" fetish long before the game became the huge-ass monster it is now. So a good guesstimate would be : it is in part what people wanted and what made them throw out so much $ to make the game what it is now.
And once more girls get preg scenes : it'll be a new thing to unlock pretty much for free and totally skippable if it's not your thing, just like most of the game in general *coughRozcough*

Is there a mod anyone knows of that makes the pizza delivery mini-game easier for old slow twitchy hands? Seriously I have issues now that I'm getting up there. And soon I may be going on disability. Hard to click the right spot accurately and quickly. Not bitching just a real issue with old nerves and maybe reactions. Even a mod that slows it down about 20% would help. Don't understand why author didn't add a cheat for it.

You can try SrkSrk's Naughty Tribute mod on the front page, it has the option to *skip most* mini-games and make them easier.
