Easily one of the best games on the site as long as you can look past the art, or even enjoy this kind of art like me. And even if you don't like the art it is still very good overall.
A lot of content in both plot and sex scenes. Sex scenes themselves have perspective shifts and usually more than one pic per scene, which is a huge bonus.
The only criticism i could muster, and even that isn't much of a criticism is that once you're past the mall there is no more major "side" content, which I get, at that point in the story a more focused approach is better, but I did enjoy the larger character stories. Maybe there will be more later and we're in a lul between segments.

I have a mix review about this game while the Story is good its lacking on art. Really need to improve on that aspect half way through the game it getting better with the help of AI-assistance thing, might as well replace all previous standing image to it. Could also use some AI/ChatGPT anime style background to match with a hand drawn character.

Sex scene well written but really need to have more variation instead of dumping it all on text description of what they are doing, maybe add more kiss and boob sucking as such. Not much to complain but it would be nice to know what our Power level, Corruption level, Sluttiness level with an option to see it including money.

Good character written, art need more variation also around sex scene otherwise its all good with the story is really long for those who enjoy it, its a good story.

Standing image of character is getting good with latest update. Dev should replace the previous early version standing character image with a current new one or maybe improve the previous art of standing image of the character so it will match with the latest newest character style, especial the change of early Lexis from previous early version and change the standing image to the newest version latest update. Devs should do it with previous Character such as MC, Alice, Amber, Liz, Emily, Christie, Michael, Jess, Tess.

Also I really like Brianna character design, because in the early version of game her design is really good and a goofy character.

Big tiddy goth girls galore. Damn, this one was fucking awesome. Best supernatural thriller I've played yet. This game was pretty long and in-depth, world building was awesome, characters were consistent, etc.

I enjoyed WW's art originally prior to the AI-assistance, just something about the rough somewhat grungy art style was something I was personally hooked with. The AI-assistance wasn't bad, but it left the game's artstyle feeling kind of "soft". Its use in backgrounds is fine, but enough about that.

Characters are consistent with personality traits, and there are a wide-array of characters to interact with, they are a massively integral part of the game, so I won't spoil it here. But there are serious consequences to some of them. And those consequences play in to the awesome story arcs. This game has some of the most awesome action packed climaxes I've ever read in an AVN. Another gourmet work of art, and even if you're a basic vanilla non-trap, non-FeMC, non-NTR kind of guy, WeirdWorld is great enough to accommodate you. All around awesome, highly recommend a play.

God I love being a corrupt little bastard who kills everything. I really hope WW can deliver on how good it is, B.E. 37 was absolutely banger.

Wow. I have played my fair share of erotic games and have even read a few great stories outside of erotic fiction. Yet this story in Superhuman is very impressive. Here are my thoughts on the game.

Now, usually when I play a game, I like there to be choices. Do you attack or defend? Do you attack with your tentacles or with your larger size and smash into them? And this game does have that. Some Game Over scenes where depending on if you are powerful enough, you could lose fights. This does help give the game a feeling of danger, despite your regenerating abilities.

Though what hands down this game does well is its characters. Now, for an erotic game, you expect for the women to be the most developed and dynamic of the characters. And that is true. Alice is a great character. You learn her shady backstory with her family. How her mom was an angel while her farther was a devil. (Even her farther was well developed). How she can kill people without remorse but does try to be loving like when she brought you cookies while in prison. Love the part she can’t cook. You can digest a spider and monster parts but Alice’s cookies are what almost made you throw up.

And that was just one amazing character you meet in the story. Then there is Alice and Liz and their complicated relationship with their mother. Also, their farther who plays a role later in the story. All these female characters are surprisingly very believable. Elise and her complicated relationship with Ella. How the goths hanged out and had fun. Showing that Ella can be a bit human and further showing her character as well. Like when they did a goth concert.

All this alone would have given the game four stars but this game went above and beyond with its characters. Michael is a mercenary with a very troubled past and love how over the game, he would reveal more and more of his dark childhood. How he wasn’t one to just spill every secret he had to total strangers. You had to earn that trust to get him to open up and loved it. Made the friendship you build with Michael very believable. Was even great to see him connect with Ellie as a friend when they were talking about fathers who did not meet their expectations.

Also, Deryl is a great character. Starting out as a nerd, was great to see him evolve. How he was able to take a bit of your blood and find out your weakness to electricity. How even without the resources of HERO, he was able to give basic information about your superhuman body. And when he got his own powers, love how it matched his personality. How he was a nerd who knew how the world worked. What the atmosphere is made out of, the walls, the floors. How to manipulate the environment with his power and even bring in ‘seeds’ to help him better prepare for battle. Was so great to see him think. My absolutely favorite moment (in terms of combat) is the battle between Deryl and Michael in the virtual reality. How Deryl faced limits as he only had a few minutes to prepare traps and creations to attack Michael because he knew he would lose a direct fight. Better to take the melee fighter out from a distance than get in close. And Michael did fall for a few traps he laid. Yet Michael was a soldier and thinks like Deryl. Planning an ambush and knowing how to win. He knows that Deryl will try this strategy and jus needs to find him before his traps kill him. And how he finds him makes perfect sense. Deryl stretched for time and so just hid under the only large bush in the forest. Making him a sitting duck to Michael.

Another character I really like is the Shoopkeeper. You never learn his name and I love that. He reminds me so much of ‘The Stranger’ in Resident Evil 4. Just replace “Stranger” for “Charlie” and you have two people who feel like their cousins. And judging by all the little easter eggs littered through the story, maybe that was the intent. Well done. Back to the shopkeeper, how in return for an item you are looking for, he asks you to deliver and item to a client and asks you not to look at it. And if you do, you instantly die. Love that. The Shoopekeeper really feels like a ruthless but honest businessman. How he will never cheat his customers out of what they want but make sure never to cheat him back. Even hoping his power is you cannot violate contracts and agreements with him or you die.

The only character that felt a little flat to me was Bigbro. The brother to Ellie and leader of S.I.N. I just can’t take him seriously. Maybe it is because I am an adult but when I see him dressed in all black, I’m thinking, ‘Are you going through a phase?’ This is not the person who feels like an intelligent threat leading a powerful organization. Such as when he appeared on television, he killed the host in cold blood. Way to show you are the people looking out for Superhumans by murdering a man. Though, if the goal was to make me think this way. That he is a child who had a bit of a rough childhood that did not do a lot of growing up, fantastic job. (There is a part of me that wants to use the transformation powers I have and turn him into a goth bimbo. At least when he’s treating others like toys, he would have a pretty body to look at.)

Now already talked about combat between Deryl and Michael. And for the most part, the battles are GREAT. There is a lot of thought put in here. For example, the MC’s fight against Jake was great. How Jake thought strategically and brought in the entire police force that he could control to fight the MC. How the MC disguised himself as a soldier to trick Jake. I LOVE these moments where they use their powers in creative ways. Yet later in the story also find myself disinterested in some of the fights. For example, in the battle against Ellie’s forces, just skipped through most of the battles because they were on such a large scale that it felt like Dragon Ball Z. Where the fights were won not with clever tactics but by whoever had the strongest power. The teleporting lady especially who can create a portal from the sun and fry anything she wants (I thought her power was limited to locations she has already visited. When did she get to the sun?)

The erotic scenes were great, though. One of my favorites was when you are hunting monsters that is attacking young women, you turn yourself into a woman and then feel your breasts expand as the monster releases a chemical to make females more aroused. Then swallows you whole and has its way with you. Just found that scene so sexy. Another was when Amber and Liz were on the couch and you transformed into the couch and ****ed them while their mother was oblivious. What a cool way to use your powers. And less to do with the scenes but love how in the story, the MC mentions how her body reacts differently than as a man. How sucking dicks does not disgust her and even enjoys it. The male side of her is a pervert but the female side is a slut.

First game to ever make me write a review.
It is an exceptionally well-written hero's journey, where the progress of getting to know the protagonist's powers and abilities, slowly working with what you have and improving what you got, is the absolute marvel of the story.
Characters are written above average as well, if heavily reliant on tropes and not always consistent, but I appreciate the large cast of characters with all of them having their own identity, regardless of how well they work in a vacuum. They all greatly assist in creating an intriguing and compelling story to follow through.
The trope is, essentially, watching the MC struggle to fit into a regular world with irregular abilities and observing how the world slowly turns and twists around, becoming more and more supernatural and the problems the main character(s) face becoming less and less mundane. It's excellently done. I was particularly surprised by how creative he author(s?) managed to implement the idea of shape-shifting and memory reading as a primary power, creating various intelligent obstacles and rules around the powers to make them feel very "realistic" in a way. It's competent world-building. Stuff taken directly from the Alex-Mercer playbook of Prototype, but tagged along to logical and compelling internal and external mono/dialogue and, as with my beloved mantis-claw, entirely different and original ideas. Very very well played.

The narration follows a not strictly linear path with relatively frequently inerweaving perspectives of different characters, sometimes even antagonists, and occasionally even jumping through different points in time. It's done very competenly. The absolutely peak of this style is in the battle between MC and Daryl, after the confrontation with Jake – this was the point where I caught myself smiling at the game and really really appreciating it for what it was, even though I got hooked much earlier, especially by it's rock-solid world building.

All of this is naturally complimenting the writing thus far, and I'd say that's the game's forté. I consider it en par with Monster Girl Dreams, in essentially the same way: very good world building, interesting characters with increasing depth along the journey and the right combination of intelligence and suspense of disbelief.

The pornography is overly relying on ridiculously large breasts and, at the beginning, amateurishly drawn art, although I can't deny it has charm reminiscent of Adventure High (by HypnoCharger) in it's earlier stages. The later parts are obviously done with AI-assistence; sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't, especially when it comes to backgrounds, as it can be quite intrusive sometimes.

The erotica is very secondary in nature, and I'm sure the appeal in size and dimensions comes around more to compliment this secondary nature rather than challenge it; it strangely helps in taking the game not too seriously and enjoying it fwiw.

    Devilrv

One of the Few games where the Smut is secondary for me.

I was initially put off by the Art Style, but MAN 'O Man was I wrong to avoid this.

The MC grows in power gradually so he is not as your would say "SUPERHUMAN" from the get go.

Like I didn't realize that just chasing tail initially would get me killed in the first major boss fight.

    How do you win?? TRAIN!
(or my case load a previous save file and cheat the Heck out of it :p )

If you haven't Played this yet, Give it a go. It is worth your time.

    How much worth?

This is the first time i have ever written a +VE review. EVER.

The first impresion that I got was "this is bizzare" but not in a bad way, the history overall shifts a lot wich is good, little by little the world is built and from the simple begining as just a human going to school we go depper and depper into this wonderful chaos, the characters really grow on from a little nobody to a memorable friend or foe. I personally like happy ends but alas I know both in real life as in fiction that may not be the case for all the characters and meaybe at the last "the end" it won't be so for any character at all, regarless of all that, I loved the game so far and whatever is left, good or bad, sad or happy I will end up remembering this game with joy. Also also, the music goes well; and the "good stuff" is pretty nice. I do hope you all the best on the project, you are doing fantastic so far and regarding to the fighting yes, the improvement is shown so keep at it.
And yeah I recomend giving it a go, funnily enogh it is a weird world this you had made, thank you for such a good game.

One of the few games I've played that made me support it

Story 4/5- Better than most modern comics. Though the character death in one of the more recent updates feels not only weak(like all shock value deaths) it feels unrealistic within what the story has told us about powers so far, honestly bad enough to the point I'd rewrite it to either A- not happen or B-be avoidable even if you chose the left path.

Art 5/5- While a little rough its unique and feels not only fresh but extremely fitting to the theme of the game. Also, the recent reworks of characters are good I especially like Lexi's rework.

Characters 4/5- Most are good and well written I particularly like Alice. However, some aren't great though few, The biggest of these is your character's best friend he is pretty unlikeable in general to start but after viewing his flashbacks it really makes you question why this guy is your friend at all let alone your best friend.

Scenes 4/5- Most are great, especially the weird ones. The only issue I personally have is that the 6 or so gender-bender scenes for the MC half are with black guys but that's just my preference and very little of the game in general.

Another complaint I would have which should probably go under scenes is that your powers feel underused aside from just growing your dick a bit. However, there have been a few more added and the scenes where your character actually uses his powers to get freaky are very good.

    Spoilers ahead-

Lastly and this is again my preference is that your character and all superhumans are sterile, personally it's pretty disappointing to have a harem that I can't knock up somewhere down the line. But that might change later I have no idea.

    Solid game throughout.

Only concern is that any characters that have the option to die tend to have a durth of content later as they can't be involvd in anything plot relavent.

E.g. a minion from the first superhuman you fight, and the second superhuman you fight and one of the Hero recruits

The second parahumans post fight content is also fairly self contained as a result.

I didn't expect this, but the game is excellent, I love it, the art style could be better, but the writing is good, the history and characters are interesting, and have tons of content, and I mean TONS, give it a chance, congrats to the developer for creating something with such passion and love.
  11. 4.00 star(s)

    Sherm29

3.5 stars, since I can't really do that let's just go with 4. It's an above average game, the story is extremely interesting and unique. But I do have a few issues with the game

    1. Let's address the elephant in the room. The art is bad, and it cannot simply be chalked up to unique art style. The art style is genuinely objectively bad. You can see that the artist tried their hardest but they simply fail to understand human anatomy at a fundamental level to even "stylize" it. But you get over the bad art pretty quickly honestly

    2. The second issue I have with this game is that unsuspecting choices can lead you to game overs and most of the time it's impossible to find out which one is the correct choices. There is no use of intuition invoked in those choices, you're just given a couple of choices, one of them will end up with game over and the other one is the correct one.

    3. Number 3 is the inconsistency in power, it gets pretty fucking annoying seeing MC fucking defeating someone who has never failed in battle before and then next moment he is getting mine controlled by a pathetic fat fuck who hasn't even developed his powers fully. Not only the inconsistency in power, the game continues to indicate that MC is very unique and powerful yet every foe he meets, somehow MC always has to be slightly weaker than them. The writer constantly keeps MC at a disadvantage over others and that gets annoying as fuck pretty soon.

    4. Boobs. In this universe Kim kardashian and Megan thee stallion would be considered flat chested. The milk from one boob could end world hunger in this game. This game contains sex fiend black goopy alien monsters, sexually transmitted superpowers, MC having the ability to shapeshift into a fly yet the boobs are the most supernatural aspect of this game.

I've been keeping up with this game for years, I played straight through the beginning and I was hooked. Everything from the characters, to the lore/world building, to the amazing fight scenes. Almost every detail is thoroughly written out. And there are some flaws, maybe some variety issues and unavoidable scenes; but this game continues to always improved and keep me in suspense. Amazing work WW and can't wait to see more <3
  13. 4.00 star(s)

    IZ2bSA80

    4.5 rating for me

Even though the story is definitely alike those of mangas & comics, it's catchy enough to keep me hooked. That being said, it doesn't mean it's without flaws.

My biggest grips with it is the whole H.E.R.O. thing and the lack of changes regarding MC's behaviour depending on the choices made. I could never believe that someone who's actively being rebellious would meekly follow orders or blindly accept anything from the very people who proved on more than one occasion that they're a bunch of power tripping fascists.

Besides the story, well, if you compare it to the sexual content then it's clear that you should really just play this game if you like the story because it simply dwarf whatever sexual content can be found in it.

If anything I think that if you treat this game as a manga or comic with sexually explicit content in it then you have good chances to be more than pleased with the experience. If that's what you're looking for then you should give it a shot.

    billiglob

Had a blast playing it despite not being complete.

I adore the way the dev manages to tell the story, how they think about the powers and make them feel organic. The characters can largely be seen as assholes, but that's kind of the charm. No one getting fucked up by a monster and getting super powers is going to be quite alright. With corruption as an element, you could even perceive it as them losing themselves and what they think they should be like.

The only bad thing someone can point out is that the art isn't top tier, but personally I find it refreshing. It's a new art style compared to the almost copy pasted style a lot of the other games have. The scenes don't drag on requiring thirty clicks to get back into the story. It just feels natural, save for a few of the monster scenes with pheromones.

Looking forward to future updates, and supporting them ^.^

    Obligatory

Outstanding, truly inspired work. In an era where most creators opt to draw attention to their projects with amazing 3D CGs, WW takes a different route and I think their work benefits greatly from it. The story is front and center at all times, and while the writing isn't going to be winning any awards- it's far too lacking in polish- it very efficiently manages to assemble a cast of likable and interesting characters that kept me engaged through my entire playthrough of what's available thus far in ver0.95. The story seems to veer off in many different places at times but overall I'd describe it as an Echi Shonen Battle Manga with a focus on crafting a breathing world and an MC that fucks. It feels like it has the same type of wonderful creatures that you get from mangas like solo leveling and its 15 other clones, where each author isn't doing anything new or unique but rather taking certain well-established concepts and honing in on the aspects that they were passionate about. I could go on, but this is probably long enough to qualify. Overall very solid 8.5/10 in its current state and assuming WW can keep up with its currently massive scope I could easily see it being a 9 to 9.5 once the story is complete and the game gets some overall polish.

    KingWeWuz

I'd honestly give this game a 3.5/5, but I rounded up. It's better than average.

Simply put, the art, song, and cinematography on this game all feel great. It's refreshing to see hand drawn art, and it's also got a lot of hot goth girls.

The story is gripping as well.

Now there's something I want to comment on regarding the game which might surprise you. Despite my earlier praise, it's rough around the edges.

So let me describe my first playthrough, years ago. I wanted to enjoy fun with ladies so I ignored training and spent time with the girls. It ended badly for me. I wasn't unsatisfied by it, I laughed a bit and tried again, going down other small paths and seeing what I was up against. I prioritized training until I couldn't anymore.

I also noticed some fake choices. There's nothing wrong with the occasional fake choice. It gives a sense of control over the mc. It reminds me I'm making decisions, even meaningless ones.

Now, it has quite a few of these. You can ask for a drink in the casino, for instance, and all drinks lead to the same outcomes.

But some situations have choices that SHOULD have no meaning, yet have pivotal roles in characters. As an example, a character's death is determined by an extremely abstract choice you make. It's literally as meaningless as "go left or right."

And even if you pick the correct choice here, if you lack the skill requirement, it's irrelevant.

I didn't want to go through gender bender route, and considering the reward for such a route is hooking up with Liz, who is a glory-hole slutbag for Jared, (the highschool bully archetype at the college who took everyone and their grandma's virginity) I wasn't particularly interested.

But, if you want better outcomes to fights and choices you make, you need to train "skill." And skill is a stat you need to raise in the genderbender route early, or you won't have much of it later.

But what happens in the gender bender route? You train as a cheerleader for Jared and his team. You stuff your breast all over him in one scene. You get an unavoidable bj if you're a futa from the girl who slept with the entire town (except you). Then, after going through that entire route, you're occasionally spammed with options to whore yourself out as a girl. It's all so tiresome.

There's more of this in other areas. Specific choices must be made for specific results, and this feels a bit like the sandbox crumbles on itself. Eventually I realized I wasn't influencing the world as much as the world was influencing me. I was doing things I didn't want to just to achieve results.

So, I could praise this game for a number of things, and detail the characters and what I liked and didn't like about them.

However, I gotta say, a lot of things the game promises (this content is optional) is half-hearted as a promise, you need to traverse specific paths for optimized stats or you'll miss out on events later on in the game.

Superhuman is a game I had my eye on and played for quite a while. I have high hopes for it and so far it's doing amazing in delivering. The story is surprisingly entertaining and some things I didn't even know would happen as it's a pron game but they like going beyond. The art style may not be for everyone but I enjoyed it and at some points even laughed at.(<Not in a rude way) Of course, as the game isn't finished it has bugs and typos. There are many dead ends, and if you hit one and didn't save, that's it. Game over. But if you read the description you knew what you were getting into. One thing I want to point out about this game is it has many paths that you could shut down if you want or continue and make it better (or worse but it depends on your fetish). I can't wait for the game to finish and when it does I'll have to change this review but until then I look forward to the end.

Great game, honestly holy shit. Interested on how the story is progressing now and the thing i love in this game is how the MC is progressing hes not weak and overpowered just balanced and making the Level 5s seem like Gods. And i hope that it stays that way.

(Though i find problematic here is that there is no indication on how your choices affected the game . I am kinda writing this because i literally missed all Amber content, but nonetheless only a personal problem.)

But anyway its a great game hell even without the sex id still play this.

TDLR: Review as of version 0.951, a mix of both good and bad. Depending on your preference, this might be a really good game or... something way less so.

    Pros
    • Good writing.

    • Proper english.

    • Sex scenes well written.

    • Interesting concept and worldbuilding.

    • LIs not the usual stereotypes found in many harem games. Many LIs much more cynical and amoral than usual, which is refreshing for a change.

    • Male NPCs aren't just evil and/or stupid assholes. The relationship with some of the MCs male friends are actually more complexed and nuanced than his relationship with most of the LIs. That's both a pro and a con.

    • Good and varied characters in general, if maybe a tad too cynical/evil/arrogant, then again, kind of realistic when taken into account that they're superhuman (and/or mobsters/super rich power brokers). Power corrupts and all that.

    • Shitload of content. Many, many hours of gameplay. Both a pro and a con, see below.

    • Many choices, of which some matters while others don't. Many different ways to affect the story and the relationships, not just the choice between playing the hero or playing the villain (that there is such a choice is nice).

    • The option to actually kill some of the LIs and fuck buddies! That's dark, but also fitting for those who prefer playing the villain.

    • Inhumanly huge cock actually causing pain/discomfort, not only pleasure. Realistic and nice for those of us who find that enticing.

    • Males taller and bigger than females. A low bar very many games struggle to clear.
    Cons
    • Subpar artwork. Get's better about halfway through the game, but never really good.

    • Most LIs similar in apperance, partly due to the low quality of the artwork (this factor is however not improved as the general quality of the art improves, LIs look very much alike for the entire game), but also due to choice, see below for example.

    • Low variety in the tits departament. Breasts range in size from huge to inhumanly large for almost all females in the game. This is perhaps a question of taste, but I think a little bit more variety would have been preferable, not the least as there is no good explanation for why the MC is surrounded by such absurd amounts of tit-flesh (yeah, for some of the superhuman females, there is an explanation, but not for all the huge titted non superhuman females). Also makes the above point worse.

    • Making the wrong choice can lock the player in for an automatic game over further down the road. This is a really bad design choice, as it is infuriating to have to reload an old save and try to figure out where it went wrong. How ever, as long as you as a player *always* maximize all training sessions and go for power if you're playing as a villain or skill if you're playing as a hero, you should be fine.

    • Bloated fight scenes. You can actually spend half an hour just reading through one single fight scene and the, seemingly, never ending back and forth that these entail. The fight scenes are way more detailed and explicit than the sex scenes.

    • Low sex to time ratio. Partly due to the above, but there is also a shit ton of general story, character arc building, exposition about the world and so on. Eventhough it is well written, I lost interest after a while and just clicked and clicked and clicked and clicked until I got to either sex or parts that I found interesting. Even so, it takes a lot of time between the bouts of sex.

    • Wimpy villain-MC when it comes to sex. Even if you play the MC as a villain, which means you can slaughter innocents, kill your friends and LIs, eat/consume the people you kill (kind of torturous, as they usually are alive when you start feeding) and of course murder begging enemies and so on, the amount of dark sexual choices are veeery limited. The MC can perv on his LIs, grope one or two without their consent and finally blackmail a female adversary of sorts into having sex with him, but that's all there is as of yet. And if you do the blackmail, it turns out that the woman in question is very attracted to the MC (that was kind of obvious from the get go), can't wait to be fucked by him and enjoys it immensly when it's happening, so even though technically non consent, it doesn't feel like it. Even when you choose to spare a female enemy that's been trying to kill the MC for the expressed purpose of fucking her, you still get no option to rape. This is really a lost opportunity, considering how dark the game is (can be) apart from the sex. It also feels very unrealistic. Why would an MC who is super horny all the time and enjoying all the evil shit mentioned above *NOT* simply take what he wants, at the very least from his female enemies? It obviously isn't about moral compunction or that he can't be turned on by the prospect of fucking a woman he coerced into having sex...

    • Blue balling players with an impregnation fetish. In the same way as players who like darker sexual themes will be disappointed (see above), players who have an impregnation fetish will be severly blue balled by the game. The MC can't stop thinking about impregnation and how all the unprotected sex and cumming inside he's having and doing should lead to pregnancy, but almost every time the MC has unprotected sex with a new female, she will, out of the blue, inform him that she's on the pill, so it was perfectly fine that he hosed her womb down with a gallon of his cum (and that includes the virgins...). In other cases, the game even goes out of it's way to explain that the MC (probably) is sterile because of his monster/super powers. What's the point of all this? Either do the impregnation (and let the player choose if they want to cum inside or outside and maybe have some reaction from the females, maybe not all of them would be fine with him cumming inside if they don't have any protection), or don't, but then don't have the MC musing about impregnation every time he has sex. It will only tease and blue ball players who enjoy impregnation fantasies. To be fair, there is actually an option for impregnating a female monster NPC towards the end of the present version and I'm guessing there will be more such options further down the road, but still, very annoying.

    • Harem achieved without effort. Female jealousy is unheard of. MC even openly talks about the harem he plans to enact without anyone reacting. Once more, an opportunity lost, as the story and world building could easily accomodate an alpha male villain dominating his LIs into submission and acceptance of inclusion in his harem, but instead he just gets his harem without having to do anything.

    • MC mostly passive when pursuing sex. There are few options to actively pursue LIs and other sexual interests, despite the MC being super horny all the time and wanting a harem (see above). Mostly, it's the LIs and other females who come on to the MC. Once they have sex, he can at many times take a more assertive approach, but why not leading up to the sex? If the MC took more initiative, there could also be a lot more sex in the game and the abysmal sex to time ratio could be improved...

    • All seeing player playing an MC that's in the dark. The player gets to see a lot of scenes where the MC isn't present, that reveals central plot lines that the MC is unaware of. Also mind reading, so the player knows the true intentions and feelings of other characters than the MC. Breaks first person immersion. Also contributes to the bloat of the game, as many long scenes are played out completely without the MC or any sort of player interaction. Finally, there are a number of choices where the player knows more about what has happened and why and what the motivations of other characters are and this might affect the player into making a choice he/she wouldn't have, had they only had the MCs more limited knowledge.

I've debated whether or not give this game five stars, but ultimately decided to go ahead despite some of it's pretty obvious flaws simply because of how much I have enjoyed it.

Superhuman is a story of a pretty avarage guy, just about to start college, who unexpectedly (and somewhat dramatically) gains superpowers - he can shapeshift, read memories by touch, and becomes far stronger and toughter than he was before. While there are some horror elements sprinkled in from the very beginning, at first it feels like a pretty usual porn silliness with a supernatural twist to keep things fresh. MC pushes some bullies around, starts gathering harem, explores his power to get laid, or transform into a girl for a epic masturbation session - you know the drill. However, gradually things get more serious: as we learn more about the world and dangers in it, as MC gets more and more powerful (which, of course, garners attention), stakes get higher and higher. Eventually, you get to a point where you have a large scale battles, secret organizations, eldritch deities and so on - and somehow, it still feels like a coherent story. You can also have monster sex, or even get a bit monstrous during intercourse yourself, if that's your thing.

Main strength of this game is writing, especially later on. It's not a great literature for the ages, and some parts can be a bit rough (mostly at the beginning), but it is still a ton of fun - it feels like a good webnovel, a great guilty pleasure to get lost in - think Worm with porn. For the most part, characters are interesting too. You also get some choices regarding morality: you can be pretty twisted and monstrous if you want to, play as a (mostly) stand up guy, or hover somewhere in between. Game isn't finished, so it's hard to say how much any of that will matter in the long run, but it's certainly nice to have some flexibility. I also have to praise how Superhuman shows progression of the MC - there is a lot of attention paid to improving and training your powers, and it's quite satisfying.

There are, however, some flaws that I must mention here. First of all, game is a bit rough at the beginning, with uneven writing and sometimes campiness that makes it hard to take whole thing seriously. It can be good for a porn game not to take itself too seriously, but I think it goes too far here sometimes. That, for the most part, gets rectified later in the game (kudos to author for improving). Secondly, while you have a good selection of potential partners (and you can get all of them too, if you want), not all of them are equally interesting, or integrated with a story. At least one character is kinda ridiculous most of the time (police officer always dressed like a stripper, which game even points out), and after a certain point most of the girls get kinda left behind by the story - they are still present, and an effort is made to have them included to some degree, but currently they are not really central to the main storyline. Except one girl that pretty much becomes deuteragonist of the whole game. Which I personally was happy about, but I can imagine some people might be a bit salty if their preffered waifu doesn't get nearly as much spotlight. I wil however repeat that the game is not over yet and author could certainly reinstate some of the cast members to more prominent role.

The last mark agains Superhuman are visuals. Let's be honest, I think that they are rather bad in the beginning, and I have a distinct impression that author was way better at drawing monsters than humans. The fact that some of the women have boobs the size of a small european country doesn't help either - I like sizely tits, I really do like them quite a lot, but there can be too much of a good thing, and it's clearly the case here. By consequence, many of the lewd scenes are not really that exciting. That also get's better, slowly but surely, and currently new updates look ok for the most part - still not amazing, but improvement is substantial, and hand drawn graphics have their own charm that sets this game apart from hundreds of near identical garbage with the same souless, 3D models (obviously there are great games with renders here too, but I hope that you know what I mean).

Despite those flaws, Superhuman is still one of the most interesting projects on this site. There is a ton of content here, and it's still not done. It's a bit rough around the edges, but in my opinion the worldbuilding and enjoyment you get from progressing your story, and building up your powers far outweights any flaws this game has.
