You should follow the walkthrough for the specific steps, or simply take the horn at Shopkeep's instead of the eye. I didn't followed exactly, since I was on a no corruption run (save for Bailey), I ended up with 99/100 Power needed to hesitate (taking the eye), so I added the last one with the mod).

Its not from the dead end, the thing that kills the MC in Too strong Too Soon (the avatar of the 7th) has bright blue eyes but the image on patreon has a black and white or grey eye so I dont think its the same thing unless weirdworld changed it from black and white to blue at some point but I dont think he did besides the 7th avatar is the image for the unknown option

Whether they are ok with it or not, come's down to whether they are written to be ok with it. Yeah in real life, trying to swing the idea of a harem by your girl will get you laughed at, at best. But these girls are all freaky bi-sexual, and very horny, and dealing with bodies and lives beyond our understanding, so it makes it easier to suspend disbelief that they would be ok with harems. I think its further complicated is that if given devoted stories, it would be harems made up of different characters, example being devoted to Ella, it wouldn't be hard to imagine her letting Emily and Christie be sub bitches to her alpha bitch.
Obviously, yeah? When I'm talking about what they would want I mean exactly that, the characters the way they are written. They may be freaky and horny and chill about a lot of stuff, but their romance plots are for the most part vanilla and conventional. It's not a suspension of disbelief problem -- not that an unconventional relationship would even require that as it's not something inherently fantastical, it would just have to be written convincingly -- most girls are just not written in a way that makes it seem they would be fine with harem.
I get this is a porn game and all, but Emi and Christie are really not written in way that makes this seem at all possible. Emi's entire arc is about growing a spine, and she even asks MC at some point if he's into Ella, and if he says yes, her response is that she wants to pursue MC nonetheless. Sure, you can read this as 'alongside Ella' but to me it comes off distinctly competitive in the context.
This very much feels like a medium limitation rather than a narrative choice. We have several scenes with girls and MC explicitly acknowledging him fucking around and how they may not be okay with this. It's more that all formal relationship stuff is on hold because of the literal ongoing apocalypse. And like I said, I agree that it's likely that harem is the end game, but only because we won't get to explore the relationships beyond that.
Even then he'd still be an individual in a sort of colony sense, able to reabsorb into a singular self like a reverse starfish. Sustainable fission probably has steep prerequisites too. If they inherited power replication abilities it would open some options.
It doesn't seem like they would even need to be separated as such, just given bodies to switch off into. Even temporary clone bodies.
