By the way, I just remembered something. That sort gives a clearer picture of the power range of Level 5. Nico states that at Level 4, she already had power on par with the current Level 5 Superhumans, excluding the captains. Nico had 6 rings at Level 4. So if one M33 has a range of 2k to up to around max 4k or slightly higher like the other known A Class monsters. Nico, excluding her own base power that comes with evolution, would have 12k power on the low end. 24k on the mid range. Over 30k with the high end, assuming Hexenringe can reach above even 6k. So Level 5 range should start around 20k at minimum. 15k-18k is probably where Duncan likely hanged around in power. So when we finally get a proper S Class monster card, I expect the monster to have around 20k power for the weaker ones.

I honestly clocked Indra at around twice that after his show. Maybe 2.5 times.
Likely an additional absurd amount of skill around maybe 1-1.2k at the high end. Because the whole 'I forgot how to fight, so I just go by instinct' bit seems absurd.

That tracks with the portrayal of the MC as a stronger than normal superhuman. He evolves when his Power is roughly a power of ten, and evolving triples it. He was around 10 Power when he hit level 2 and got 20 Power bonus, around 100 Power when he reached level 3 and got a 200 Power bonus, and everyone is expecting him to evolve now at around 1000 Power and he'll probably get a 2000 Power bonus. So the MC's starting Power, entering level 5, should be somewhere in the range of 30000 Power. If the typical starting level 5 is 20000 Power, that fits how the MC has been depicted. Not a crazy outlier like Bernhardt or Malik, but still significantly more powerful than you'd expect for his level. About 50% more powerful, that feels right to me.

Nico have the competitive mentality of a medical professional or a corporate predator. It is interesting how many of the social problems can be translated into the superhuman problems, replace class with superpowers and you will have more or less the same issue, this universe realy put the subjects of power dynamics and oppresion all the time.

This lines up pretty well with the calculations I had, where Level 5 is at bare minimum around 23k power. Granted, I expect the normal evo 5s to be in the 25k to 45k range, whereas the Captains (not counting the big 3) I calculated to be around 125k due to how long they were at evo 4.

Nurses and doctors are notorious for having severely toxic work environments due to internal competition among staff. The profession itself attracts narcissists who want to satisfy their ego's by 'helping' others and its common to have hospital staff look down on their patients and fellow staff. I have had the displeasure of being acquainted with several med students and all of them have been absolute cunts.

It's good to have some degree of confirmation in-game since people so often have to work mostly with theories here in the thread. But with Melody's comment last update "You have more than a thousand power as a level 3 ? You must be on the edge", we can safely get a few assumptions.

1. It's uncommon and even surprising for a lvl 3 to have that amount of power. So Mc being stronger than most keeps being consistent through the story.
2. A thousand power is know, in universe, as a point were it's expected for a lvl 3 to be on the verge of their next evolution, at least by the liutenants of HERO.
3. If that amount of power is surprising as a lvl 3, then it's expected for most to pass that mark as they reach their evolution, so Mc has a power amount that would be expected from someone one lvl above, or at least starting to cross that point.

I disagree on that, i actually think most of Mc's relationships aren't conventional, most started as casual or in weird circunstances, maybe the only exceptions were Amber, Alice, maybe Jess and i guess Claudia.

Emily had problems in a previous relationship and is still uncertain about something more serious. Liz used to think she was unable to even have a real relationship. Tifanny barely reached the point of admiting being friends with Mc and never gave a definitive answer about something deeper. And i can't even begin to describe the chaotic situationship with Ella.

Amber spent years seing Mc as just a friend, so from being attracted to him to knowing he was involved with other girls (specially her sister) she had basically no time. I would say they started casual, with Amber trying not to fall for him, failing, and by that point just accepting he was a huge slut, something that even helped her in a way (with her and Liz being with the same guy).

Alice was too afraid to give herself a chance given her personnal history, mainly since her parents relationship imploded. More than exclusivity she wants someone who will never abandon her. Then it was show she has a degree of interest in sharing. Despite being very loving she is also detached, from the vey start she told Mc she would never behave like a "regular girlfriend".

Jess was dating the major prick Jared and tired of being cheated on. It's argueable if being with Mc was even cheating in her case, but she was willing to share (with Tess) at least in terms of physical relationship. From her i think the problem would be hiding things, not necessarily being with others.

Claudia is a sweetheart, but she is still in the awkward flirting phase, she seems upset at the idea of taking someone else's boyfriend and of a good guy dating a mean girl (from the interaction with Elijah and Nia). I don't know how against she would be to being part of a harem, but i'm sure she would be willing to sacrifice her own happiness for Tifanny. Now, if her sister said "that's ok, you can date him too" i can't imagine lots of objections, or at least any that would last long.

All the others are, by definition, casual as fuck. Christie, Nico, Alexis, Demi, Angelina, even Brianna, none ever gave a hint of demanding exclusivity, so i don't see how most, or even some would be against the idea of harem to the degree of this being a breaking point.

I am kinda bored of this argument so I won't go into detail, but our point of disagreement here is that I think MC is NOT in a relationship with any of them save for *maybe* Alice and even that is hardly committed. On a tangential note regarding her specifically, an open relationship is not a harem.
