Seems like WW is going to let this story rest after the 1.0 update, and to while risking to sound like a fanboy I think most of us here would like this suposed story about vampires and werewolves because the warlock story is very interesting, he has a good grip over the basics of narrative and if it helps to avoid burnout then I think we all win.
probably with more gear then that and a wristband or something on her hands to help her focus her power and control it more, and more monster like plus she did turn slightly monster like last time we saw her, so she might also get something for the tentacle like things coming out of her and might get a device that stores metal for her to control and use to make armor and train with.

He said that due to the next update throwing MC into the deep end, there won't be time for the usual week of slice of life events and sex scenes and stuff, so when the next update comes all of those scenes will be put in that placeholder spot before the party.
Does he need to add sex scenes in the first place? Is this something patreon supporters are requesting

If I were in WW’s place I would kill off one of the captains by the end of 0.1. I would introduce a much bigger world with genuinely strong characters, not just planets the captains destroy with one hit. It was even hinted in one of the bad endings that a galactic war would happen years later so it fits.
I would have 0.1 end with four choices
Join Henrick as a lieutenant
Join Nyx as a lieutenant
Join Ella
Or go solo
Of course this is just wishful thinking. Giving players that many choices would make future updates much harder to develop with tons of diverging plotlines. He would need a whole team for that.
Anyway I am just ranting.

as much as I'd like to see those diverging routes I think the command team choice won't be optional. I'm leaning towards Nyx on that, but we'll see. Neither will the main story route for that matter. I'm just guessing here, but by the end of it H.E.R.O. will be seriously fucked, and we'll be forced to join up with Ella once more, and it will potentially end somewhere around there. I could also be completely wrong about all of it

Nah I think Hero will be fine. But it needs to end with everyone realizing that the captains cannot stop everything anymore and that there are creatures out there that can actually fight them or even kill them too. Joining Ella can be an option but only if Sin is finished and a new organization is formed with Ella, the MC, his friends, the Sin doctor whose name I forgot, and some lieutenants from Hero joining them would be cool.
