Review
Supermodel: Defenders of Desire [U6 v1.6.0]
It might really be that I’m just not the target audience for this game. Most people seem to enjoy it, but I just can’t get into it. The way people think and the way the narrative is told feels as if everyone is acting on a theater stage.
On top of that, the story is told from the perspective of several protagonists, and you constantly have to search for where the next chapter unlocks. By the time I reached the card game, I was so tired of reading that I honestly didn’t want to read anymore and simply gave up.
And I don’t even want to get into what’s going on with the male protagonist’s hair.
I’m sorry if I sound harsh here, since I know the developer is capable of making good games. But I do want to point out that the developer clearly stated this would not be like their previous game, so I’m judging it on its own. Unfortunately, based on what I’ve seen so far, it just didn’t work for me at all.
