searching for a game that a played a while ago.
what i remember is that at first the story was fixed but after an event it became more open/sondbox style, where you (male mc) need to fix a mansion/castle that you are hiding in due to the event, by employing people (women). that event was rescuing your sister or someone else close to you from an evil scientist/organisation that want to use the superpowers that you have.

something i remembered is, that the population doesn't know about superpowers, except maybe a handfull and that it plays in the current world and time (no sci fi future or alternative world)
