Mod SuperPowered Universal Cheat Mod (Any Build) and Replay Customization Mod (Build 25.00+)

Can someone explain me the premise of this mod? is it really a "universal cheat mod"??? which game engines it works for aka unity? Ren'py? or All? and how does one install this mod? I don't understand anything I'm reading here... what game's this for??

the game is called super powered. its a renpy sandbox vn.

i followed everything ya said paste files into "game" crashed
tried 2 different ways 1st i copied all the extracted files to "game" folder (loaded game and game crashed)
THEN i repeated the same thing BUT copied the file out of the util and pasted to "game" folder samething

just go to the SuperPowered\game\util that you created before and put the file of the rar there and that should work... i think (after deleting the two rpy and rpyc that were there before)
