Confirmed in base game. Not sure what the intended initial picture is, but if the show statement and the char_event lines are swapped, the scene runs fine.
(If you would like to make your own fix for the short term, these are the second and third lines of the sis_mom_jealousy6 label block in game\chars\char_Mom.rpy in the base game, third and fourth lines in Radioactive.)

How far along is this game?
Is there any plot yet? Any interaction with hero organization/villains? Last time I played, you just spend hours and hours corrupting your classmates without progressing the main plot at all. It's fun for a while, but gets old really fast.
It seemed like a big wasted opportunity that all the focus was in the school.
