Supporting Creators and making them appear on profile

Hello! I have noticed a lot of users in the site have a 'Supporting' tab on their profile and under their pfp when they post, of the list of creators in Patreon they are subscribed to. I currently am subscribed to a few and I'm wondering how can I feature this on my profile as well. I searched but couldn't find an answer. I would appreciate any information.
