It is the first time that I play, how can I "save" or "load" a game? I don't understand

Its all i can do. I switch save files many times so i don't really know what the matter with it.

As someone relatively clueless about this stuff, is this essentially saying the saves can't be swapped without diving into the game's code itself? I have the impression the remedy for this issue is probably more trouble than its worth, especially for this game.

Just follow the story, at some point you shag pretty much everybody, left for a couple ones.

I cannot play this game in English, and yes already checked the options.
Every time when approach to a NPC the dialog just says "isto e s um teste 12 13"
