VN - Ren'Py - Completed - Swing & Miss [v0.65.3] [Infidelisoft]

Started really great, to be driven to completely opposite direction than what the game stands for! As most of the previous reviews, when the fendom aspect occurred, it broke the whole story and plot and completely changed direction where it was heading.

Really great art and renders, but at some cases it is overused and replicated with different flavour of story telling. Story and plot was really good initially, but then swapped focus and completely ruined the game, making it average at best.

Overall the game had amazing potential and executed well in the first half of the game, but then got ruined by fendom and the whole swinging concept was ignored completely. The "Miss" part in the title should have represented the dangers of swinging and how someone can be slowly corrupted as beginning of the game was showing, but sadly that is not the case.

Good NTR-femdom story, the writing was a bit tedious for me at the start but I became more interested when shit went down.
The story is good, the art is good. The sex scenes not so much since there isn't a lot of variety and movement to the art and some moments aren't even drawn, just watching the opposite character staring at you even with decent writing doesn't do it for me. No sound apart from music is also dissapointing.
Yes, we get it, the MC is dumb, the characters are hateful and there's no good ending, welcome to NTR I guess.

I wanted to give this more stars, I think the idea is good, I like the art, it's polished and well made.

But there are just a few issues I have with it, that make me feel misled as to what it is.

Obviously this is swinging, so some level of NTR exists. That's fine, it's in the title and everything.

But it also advertises femdom, and I didn't really notice it to the point I've played. The premise being a vanilla and timid couple, swapping with a dominant couple. Well there are insults thrown around from the dominant woman but she doesn't really do anything for a long time, until she finally puts on fetish gear pretty far in. And even after it's barely anything on her end with the MC. Mostly it is the other char performing maledom on the wife to the MC. And they even start doing a threesome, or a pure cuck without the MC at one point.

MC is also named "you", and I guess that's part of the appeal or is supposed to be, but I found that unpleasant. If it's supposed to be "me" why is the guy so wimpy and a quickshot? Femdom would be fun but he complains about it and is terrible at sex, despite being old. I would have preferred to be Davis or have the MC be named a different char, I'm not shaping him after all.

There are barely any choices, I don't know if there are any, I've only see one so far to not get pegged. The MC segments with the dominant woman are almost nothing, but Davis has longer scenes with the wife and even with his own wife.

I think this game needs to have the MC named or let you pick more choices, and also needs to lean into the domination and submission for both genders, it even claims female domination so it's weird how it gets such a short straw. Maybe let you pick which character you want to be period, and split out the 4 stories moreso. There is an option to not see Fiona (MC's wife) POV which I haven't tried, but that's obviously even less content.

Without these issues I'd have just given it 5 stars, I knew it would be NTR of course so most of that I would chalk up to my own preferences, but advertising femdom and not delivering and lack of choices really is a deal breaker to me and needs to have stars docked.

Finally gave this a go. Debated internally for quite a while on whether this is a 3 or 4* game. On a 10 point scale, it would be a 6, but I'll just bump it up for getting the job done as an NTR game.

It's a pretty decent NTR story. And by NTR, I really mean NTR. Don't go expecting a wholesome swinging thing, because this isn't it. The focus is on the miss of the "Swing & Miss."

If you boil it down, this is a femdom + NTR story. The husband goes through femdom content with his swing partner, and the wife goes through the NTR corruption arc. I liked the NTR well enough, but femdom just ain't my thing. Someone who likes both could enjoy the full experience rather than just the wife's side of the story.

Some underwhelming aspects include, no sound, lots of reused CGs (with variations based on corruption progression), and abrupt scene transitions.

Most of the unfavorable reviews are from people wanting some non-fucked up routes as they were sucked in by the swing part of the title. I don't think it's fair to rate a game badly because it doesn't have a route you might have expected, but I can see why it might irk people in this case. This is a netorase ---> hardcore NTR game. The least "shitty" ending for the male protagonist is turning into a femdommed cuck slave, so you've been warned.

Unless you're into extreme humiliation this game is not for you. There's no good ending. Either your wife is upset at you for stopping the swinging or you become a slave to the bull's wife or your wife becomes (a) meat toilet for your office workers, (b) crack whore in a bar. In the pregnancy ending she makes you believe the child is yours but in the end you catch her getting railed by the bull and she reveals the child is not yours in an extreme humiliation scene

What happens when you hate your characters and put it in a Netorare blender and then serve it on the menu as "Netorase"? You get this bad taste in the mouth.

Not really much to say except that the dev's vision about this game was just... sadistic. As the player, you're led into the world of swinging with a very friendly couple, only to come out a broken man cause looks are deceptive and they were just douche bags who wanted to wreck your life for no good reason. Makes sense? Didn't to me. But hey, I guess it was my bad to presume it a sharing game when it was actually a sadism/masochism game? Wish I knew that before I started playing it though.

The good ending? You're a slave. The neutral ending? Your wife hates you for stopping things when they were getting out of hand. The bad ending? Your wife is a cum slut slave.

I guess this type of theme will have its takers but personally, I'm here just to enjoy some good sexcapades about couples spicing up their life. Why some devs choose to make it tragedy is beyond me. This one, truly for me at least, is a huge swing and a miss.

This game is pretty bad.

First of all, it hardly contains any "gameplay", which - as far as VNs are concerned - translates into choices. It says so right on the tin, so that didn't come as a surprise, but what little choices there are basically only governs the ending / fate of the MC.
The story is extremely simple, starting with swinging and quickly transitioning into NTR. Despite the rather brief script, I was frequently tempted into skipping the dialogue, which is never a good sign.
The pacing is also hit (or should I say swing?) and miss, early on it's kinda okay but then everything escalates ridiculously fast (the game even calls these portions escalations).
In the end, you face one of (I think) two ending neither of which is satisfying from the MCs point of view.

I'm rather neutral on the NTR thing, but from what NTR games I played, this one wasn't really good in my book. Many ratings describe this otherwise, but hey, a rating is subjective, right? I enjoyed other NTR games, this one ... not so much.

Another thing that bothered me was that the game is quite stingy with artwork. I'm not a big fan of the style to begin with, but many scenes are just a still or two, with a lengthy description of various things happening, neither of which is depicted. What little there is of adult artwork is also extremely samey.

One thing that should be a negative but ends up being a positive is that the game is rather short. You can quickly fly through it and if you end up not liking it, not a big loss, especially if you downloaded it here for free.

So, if you're a huge NTR fan, that especially enjoys the MC being cuckolded and not really enjoying that, this might be worth a go, otherwise it's as solid "skip it" from me.

(I'm going to review this as a femdom game, even though it's a NTR game, because that's my personal perspective, and there are plenty of other reviews below which focus on it from a NTR perspective. I will talk about the flow of the plot, so don't read if you want to avoid spoilers.)

The story is about a naive couple swinging with a predatory couple, that gradually shifts into full-blown moral degeneration of the naive wife and humiliation of the naive husband. Regarding the naive husband's humiliation, depending on your choices, the predatory wife has a sadistic side, so she ends up in a 24/7 femdom relationship with the naive husband, albeit there are hints she still misses her legal husband's dick. As for the naive wife, she never really dominates the naive husband beyond talking to him in an utterly disdainful way; her existence is all about NTR.

My thoughts on the overall story: this is a surprisingly well-paced and consistently characterized VN. The sex scenes aren't too long, the art is a bit flat-feeling but not bad at all, and the sprite variety is excellent (I always love to see a dominatrix sprite!). IMO, it's rare to find a drawn OEL nukige that has more consistent quality than this. The characters themselves are not that likable or sympathetic, but it's rare they ever are in a NTR story. In particular, the naive husband fits the cliche of a guy with a budding NTR fetish who subtly nags his wife into it, is ridiculously oblivious to the idea that she could actually end up liking sex with the other guy, and then panics when she actually stops caring about him; the naive wife never had sex with anyone else and never properly communicates her feelings to her husband; the predatory husband is a two-faced sadist; etc. No surprises, but it's a tried-and-true formula for a NTR story.

My thoughts on the femdom experience: first of all, major props to the dev for giving players the choice to skip the naive wife's POV. I chose to do so, and then checked out a CG set later; sure enough, it's all maledom (even though I know there's lezdom too, the CGs themselves don't really depict it). So pretty much the only maledom you have to deal with is at the very end when the naive husband finally realizes what's up. Second, although the quality of predatory wife x naive husband femdom arc is top-tier compared to femdom arcs in other NTR-focused games I'm aware of, including pegging, chastity, cunnilingus, and foot fetish scenes, it's worth noting that it's still far less satisfying femdom-wise than actually playing a femdom-focused game. There are no real surprises, no real tense moments. Both the art (the way the chastity belt is drawn, in particular) and the writing make it clear that the creators aren't particularly into femdom. The humiliation is never too deep, either; if anything, this femdom route is the least humiliating end the player can get, since the naive husband effectively NTR'ed the other guy's wife back. And overall, it's fairly short. Still, it's at least a full-fledged 24/7 femdom relationship, which is rare to see in OEL games, even ones that try to market themselves to femdom fans. Not to mention it's actually complete, unlike so many other OEL femdom games. If you're okay with NTR and don't mind a fairly straightforward and unsurprising plot, you can give it a shot.

The game start´s with good story premise and it has pretty art, but that is where it ends. You chose your name and if you wanna see the story from both POV´s (those are your only choices for a long time ) - you see the story unfold and you can only watch and shake your head at the choices the charactes make. From your shy wife that can´t even kiss you in front of house becomes this slut that calls the other guy her "master" in what seem like complete turn of character for her.

There is NO good ending to this game, so if you are sucker for good ending this game is not it. You either become slave yourself or your wife is just a whore.

From the title of the game this is definitely a miss.

A lot of people praise this game as one of the higher end stories of NTR, and maybe it's because they're fans of the genre but for me it was alright. Everything from the plot progression to the characters was average. The cuck MC gets bamboozled by a better guy and tricked into sharing his wife. His wife who isn't all into that says OK and gradually falls under his persuasion. When I say gradual I mean 360 turn from anime girl scared of saying the s** word to Asian Lana Rhoades real quick. It gets so down bad for the MC he kisses his wife mouth full of sperm, after getting permission and letting his office of subordinates fuck his wife.

Basically, the plot is rather generic and as for the artwork I don't think it was strong enough to pull a 4 out of me.

As far as true NTR content goes, this does it perfectly. Originally starting off with swinging and netorase, it soon develops into something much more depraving and taboo. For only having two love interests, the game excels with variety and every scene is sexier and sexier. Well worth the time for fans of the genre

Difficult to judge this one. First and most of all: if you like NTR, this is an absolutely obligatory feature to play through. The art is top notch. Writing actually makes sense and, even less commonly so, is done in english instead of whatever the fuck MTLs are doing.

From me, it gets a LOT of bonus points for actually involving femdom, which is virtually non-existant in this kind of games. For this reason Kayleigh is a solid 10/10 character, too bad we don't get to explore more of her possibilities.

Now, the downsides. Unfortunately, as is tradition in these games, the MC is an insufferable, whiny moron. I don't know about others, but I am not THAT much of a masochist, to identify with this asswipe. This also leads to another downside, which is that the choices affect mostly the art you get, but not what happens with your marriage. There are no good endings for your relationship with Fiona, just different ways of losing her. Disappointment. Still, I don't think it would be fair to rate this one anything less than 5/5, the concept and execution are flawless, if you don't mind the MC getting fucked over in every ending this will be one of your favourites of this genre.

In conclusion, I do recommend this game as long as you go in with the right mindset. As I said, you're not supposed to sympathize with the protagonist. If you're even slightly interested in the premise, then you should go in as an uninvolved third party who just wants to see some good chaos. I was honestly very bitter about being forced to watch everything through the cuck's protagonist, and the femdom really didn't make it any easier for me, but this visual novel did something that very few do for me; it kept me entertained and expectant, curious about what happens next. This is in no small part due to the straightforward pacing. Even though I wanted to Alt F4 barely a minute into the story, I couldn't. It was too tempting to see just how deep it went; how humiliated Bob would be. It was like watching a trainwreck. I just couldn't look away. My morbid curiosity made me read every single fucking line of this story, and that's a good thing. I'm not saying I go around jerking off to trains crashing and burning, but you get my drift. This visual novel serves its purpose as a cautionary tale, and I believe that everyone should get out of their comfort zone and play something that makes them hesitant every once in a while. It's been ages since I've played a visual novel from beginning to end. They usually bore me to death at some point, which is funny, considering it's my favorite type of porn game.

Don't trust the scores too much. Hell, not even mine. All you need to take from these reviews is the game's subject matter so that you know what you're getting into. And don't worry, even though I had many bad things to say about this VN, I'm not giving it a good score to "balance things out." I think that's a petty thing to do. I just hate 5-star systems. I give this one a 6.8/10. Not a masterpiece, but it does something that very few (if any) visual novels do.

Need to make it more clear that this game is focused on the main character becoming a total cuckold...it's not about "swinging" it's about losing your wife and becoming a submissive for the other guy's wife. If you choose to not accept any of it with the couple choices given later in the game, you get a bad ending. The only "good" ending is allowing the main character to become a pathetic little bitch.

This game has some pretty good art. The characters also all act differently too each other making them more believable. The characters have unique hairstyles, colors and clothes, this is a good thing visually, each character is different.

This game however, needs more player choice, also it would help if the amount of text was shortened. Also, the MC is rather tame and pathetic. I know this is a NTR game but it would help if he was not such a wimp. The NTR aspect however is fantastic.

Yes it's mostly a story game with little choice impact, but this game is a masterclass tale of corruption and an almost self inflicted NTR.

It's a slow burn tale that really setups each step to breaking down the guard of the protagonist's wife while your character is seemingly being treated with the big end of the stick.
Story A moves slowly to build an exciting partner game, but when Story B catches up and you get handed the short end of the stick very briefly, it's really intense. The writing is amazing here, coupled with good artwork too.

This story is really really good 10/10
You can push past some messages, it's told in dialog mostly, so there's chatter you can skip and get a brief self monologue to catch up.
But NTR and corruption fans will love this story very much.

The story is very strict. The MainCharacter has no inbfluence / no possibilies to counter to react. So it's veryy linear. Swinging involves several parties. The story has only one goal, to demoralize the main character.
