I really wasn't feeling this one. To be fair, this was just a first impression and this is still early in its development, so maybe things could change down the road when more characters get added.
As it is, the game isn't bad, but the more I played it the more I kept coming back to one word in my head. That being "meandering." I just felt like the characters kept texting like teenage girls if that makes sense. I think it's the devs way of trying to make the characters feel, more real while adding backstory/depth to them, but it just ends up feeling hollow. It's chatting but without going anywhere. Its kinda hard to explain this, you kinda have to see it in the game to pick up on what I'm talking about.
Another big issue, is the game description kinda says the game is more open-ended and you have a lot of choice, again this could be because of the game being fairly early on, but I didn't notice much choice. The game states, "Your responses shape the conversations, influence character behavior, and determine how each story unfolds," but I didn't feel any of this. At least, not in a meaningful way. Most choices boil down to yes or no question that you can already guess the answers too. Like they could say, "wanna see me naked?" and you could say yes and they do it or you could say no and they don't.
Also, your mileage is gonna depend greatly on what you're into. One of the characters is into dom stuff. If that's not you're alley, then talking to her feels like a massive waste of time. She even asks you right from the start if you're into dom or not. If you say no you can keep talking to her, but it's still just dom stuff, so you're getting no value. If your answers really did "shape the conversations, influence character behavior, and determine how each story unfolds," I'd expect this is where you'd see it. Taking a dom character, telling her you're not into dom, and then shaping her into a sub could've been a cool thing and a standout feature of the game, but instead, it's wasted potential.
Again, all this could change as time goes on, but as of now, I think the writing rambles to much and the narrative isn't as shapable as the game touts, so it's only 2 stars for me.
Pros:
-probably a wide range of characters in the future
-another mobile/texting style game, if that's what you're into
-nice art
-no paywall like some other games in this style
Cons:
-not much content right now
-enjoyment is very dependent on how much you like each character
-writing is a bit rambly
-a very straightforward game, not as much choice as the game lets on
