I see an irl sex scene in tomorrow's update, people forget that the slow corruption process was done in the first part, Asuna and Inoda already had irl sex. Asuna is completely corrupted in the fog, and now she has this time without virtual sex, this could easily push her into irl sex, but whatever, it won't be the end of the world if it doesn't happen.

What I'm saying is, you don't have to wait for another slow corruption from Asuna irl in this second part, that corruption has already been done.
