I came into this game thinking it was just another SAO-themed H-game with some drama. I didn’t know it was full-on, unavoidable NTR, and I’m not gonna lie, that sh*t hit me like a truck.
You play as Kirito. You love Asuna. She loves you.
Then this dude Inoda shows up, some ugly bastard NPC that doesn’t even exist in the anime, and slowly worms his way into your relationship until you’re just watching your waifu get stolen in real time.
The worst part? You can’t stop it.
There are no meaningful choices, no “fight back” options, no routes where you keep Asuna or turn the tables. The whole game is designed to make you feel helpless, and it does a damn good job of it.
The art? Great.
The scenes? Polished.
The writing? Emotionally devastating.
But if you’re the type who self-inserts as the MC (like I do), this game is pure suffering.
People say the only way to enjoy it is to pretend you’re Inoda instead of Kirito, but for me, that’s hard when I’m literally controlling Kirito the whole time. Watching everything fall apart from his POV isn’t erotic, it’s heartbreaking.
That said, for NTR fans, this is probably top-tier.
It’s well-written, the corruption arc is detailed, and it pushes the genre harder than most. But go in knowing what it is: a slow-burn descent into emotional pain with no rescue, no redemption, and no harem ending in sight.
Final Verdict:
If you like SAO and have even a little love for Kirito and Asuna, this might ruin your day.
If you’re into NTR and don’t mind playing as the victim, this might be one of the best in the genre.
6.5/10 — Excellent quality, but only recommended if you’re emotionally built for it.
