I understand that you’re trying to rely on the canon, but that’s exactly where your logic falls apart. Kawahara did create plenty of male characters, but none of them fit the role Inoda serves. Klein and Agil are Kirito’s friends, and using them in such a scenario would completely destroy their established personalities.
That’s why an original character isn’t a mistake but a structural necessity. Inoda exists outside the constraints of the canon, which allows the author to develop the storyline without dismantling established character frameworks. He serves as a narrative ‘foreign element’ introduced specifically to trigger a conflict that cannot occur within the existing system of characters.
From this perspective, Inoda’s appearance isn’t a violation of logic but, on the contrary, its preservation: the story gains room for experimental deviation.

I'm not sure... "My best friend stole my fiancee" and "My boss is secretly sleeping with my girlfriend" are NTR classics, especially in Japan. But the stories in which a dude who was met for the first time in his life, but after 3 days, he is already in the panties of a loving bride - this is some kind of nonsense. I'm more likely to believe that Kirito's best friends can betray him (because that's the essence of NTR - betrayal) than that the first loser they see immediately falls into Asuna's heart.

But this is literally the FIRST thing Fujino did - he destroyed the character frameworks. Because if he hadn't done that, then Inoda would still be lying on the road. тHe exists outside the canon, but Fujino immediately tries to fit him into the canon in order to give him at least some legitimacy in the plot. It's not necessary at all, if not for a simple reason - Fujino would just like to leave his mark on this story. Inoda fits more into the theory that Fujino hates SAO, Kirito, and Asuna than the theory that Fujino and Reki Kawahara are secret friends.

Maybe people should suggest fujino to make irl NTRs rather than in-game NTR. its boring, looks like he has run out of ideas, people should start suggesting something good.

Unlike some unremarkable Inoda, whose only connection to Kirito and Asuna is that he was one of the survivors in SAO (there were several thousand more like him). He also confessed that he cowardly hid on the first floor, which should have been despicable, since Kirito and Asuna risked their lives. Asuna almost died. So, as I think, cheating with Inoda is still NTR, but it's not even close to the level of emotions from betraying friends or family.

Eugeo won't be in the game. Fujino didn't forget about him, though. It's in one of Kirito and Klein's dialogues. Klein says that he and Alice would at least like to name their child Eugeo.

I personally find NTR using existing "good" male characters that canonically give no shit about said girls to be incredibly stupid, the OOC completely makes me unable to take it seriously, that's why I feel Klein or Agil used as NTR MCs is trash and I'm glad Fujino didn't go that route with them XD

There's a pretty big misunderstanding here. Yes, Japan has a long history of dōjin culture and explicit parodies, but that doesn't mean "anything goes." Those works exist in a tolerated gray zone only when three conditions line up:
1. Non-commercial distribution
2. Minimal risk of harming the original work's reputation
3. Implicit community norms that the rights-holders choose not to enforce

The moment you start:

>creating explicit content that could be seen as degrading or reputation-damaging

You've left the dōjin gray zone here and entered clear-cut unauthorized derivative work territory (二次的著作物) under Japanese Copyright Law. That's not my opinion, that's literally how the statute and case law define it. And if the developer happens to be living in Japan right now, the jurisdiction question becomes very straightforward. Uploading it to a foreign site doesn't shield them at all. Japanese residents are still accountable to Japanese law. If you're going to debate this, at least understand how the legal system you're referencing actually works. "People have done it before" is not a legal defense and never has been.

It could have been doable but Fujino use the name rather than the "coding" for name input, we will need to wait and see for the Saikey version of part II.

That i think it would be a pinnacle NTR. So strong! That much strong that Kirito would be pushed onto the verge of acceptance or madness. But ugly Inoda is not the pinnacle of NTR. It's weak because character is weak. Only what he is strong is the fucking with his dick. And idk what it is all about the dick cult of Inoda. I was never up to that. NTR and corruption would be much greater especially mental ones are the ones which take a bigger role in the game. Not even constant fucking - that's just causing mental breakdowns, and it's also boring. I wouldn't name it corruption. Forced sex also is not what it is all about.
That's why i love the idea of Quinella. She is changing the characters mentally. Giving them, or removing some powers. This is exactly why i would see Eugeo (corrupted) into it, taking major role. That character would be able to do all of it and maybe even more what Inoda does. That's why i think Fujino will not bring him into the game. Inoda would be obsolete, even unneeded.

In case someone wants more anxiety in game. There's a crack at the barn's wall that will give you anxiety if you click on it. I think at first Fujino wanted to add peeking scenes for the milking or midnight s*x but then he scraped this idea & forgot to remove the added anxiety
