I had to take an extra look at the Ci-EN and Patreon comments because of the general sentiment here and I feel like its a lot more positive and praise there than most say (which is kind of weird since it was the exact opposite sentiment when it came to waiting for the release (CI-EN angry,demanding, F95/Patreon calm, waiting)).
But the majority of complaints are super constructive in multiple aspects of the game, and also highlighted the positives of this release, and I found myself agreeing to a lot of it. Outside of the good praises to kinks fulfilled and the destructive shit talking (in the minorities), some constructive highlights I liked were:
- BE route adds more of a RPG element to the game, reducing that feeling of SAO2 being more of a adventure game; restrictive movement still feels like a adventure game.
- Cowsuna threesome was good, especially the machine milking; however reusing Solgante-like event, adding extra night Cowsuna scene with Inoda makes it less interesting. Utilizing Oyakodon now dampens the first-time experience for future Oyakodon scenes with Kyouko. Asuna bathroom was the best of the update.
- Liz x Kirito; despite being raped by Inoda and is kidnapped / tortured, Liz still holding onto hope for Kirito's affection is really sexy, good NTR feeling (although not too sure if this is the case with Chadrito when she accepts being his slave?), Chadrito route broken.
- A lot of plot design is a flawed and one-off plot convenience for each scenario; useless villains with unnecessary dialogue and complex concepts confused players. Keep things simple and focus on the sex.
- BE Route is longer than 1 update and could take more time to develop; update already feels short of a 2 month quality, so future releases might feel even shorter.
There were more and some event suggestions, but I feel like the translations are getting too straightforward, but those were the ones I felt resonated with me so far.
