ALO never happened either, all becaue of plot-reasons (Originally it was just to make sure Suguha got not-NTR-ed in the first place, which couldn't have happened if her arc had happened, but as things changed in the plot it evolved into being way more convoluted than that lol).

brainwashing is the last thing I want to see, however Fujino does not have to generate new characters, he just uses the ones he already has and then there are people who even if they do not say anything, It doesn't mean they don't want the hooligans' path, also because if they didn't want it, they wouldn't have asked how this path can be unblocked.

There's no difference in the main storyline, aside from Alice taking Asuna away for a few hours and meeting up with Asuna afterwards. You can watch Asuna's POV in the gallery room, only once scene so far.
As for the other, the trigger flag is broken (fujino said it will be fixed). Supposedly, it is either Kirito going dark and having sex with Liz, the other is Kirito ignoring her and Inoda having sex with Liz.

The changes aren't big for now, but they're noticeable (Albeit right now the one for this update is bugged, Fujino is working on fixing it though): In the 'Inoda Route', he traps Liz in his apartment and sexually tortures her for 2 days straight, plans to keep her there even longer going by his blog. In the Gigachad Kirito route where Kirito makes her his sex slave, this does not happen, but right now the game is bugged because Fujino forgot to put the route flag and we can't see this version yet XP As of right now, the only route-specific scenes are from the previous update, Gigachad Kirito fucking Alice and Liz.

She would never get bored, but she's certainly getting frustrated, this probably is gonna affect whatever happens to her in the Inoda Route, I imagine, given she won't have the 'relief' of Gigachad Kirito there.

In the Inoda Route yes (Right now it's bugged but this doesn't happen in the other route), he locks her in his room and sexually tortures her, yes, we don't know if he has actually yet fucked her or not.
