I think legally is correct, and I'm sure there are plenty of works out there that definitely dive into the worst kind of kinks acted upon these characters. I do however want to stress on how logistically difficult it is to regulate these works on the internet, as compared to doujinshi made into paper comics where they can be prevented being distributed. If you copyright one doujinshi artist, I'm sure they can change names, locations, or appearances in the character to somewhat resemble the original. That's maybe the case with Saikey Studios.

If I remember correctly there were a lot of mangakas who have stated to not use their characters for any kind of depraved doujinshi art (it was Puella Madoka or Umamusume? I dont remember) and yet you see them daily in a pirated H website. Unless you can somehow regulate the internet which I highly doubt, even in China, these works will continue to be produced whether its legal or not. I believe it's just best to live in blissful ignorance until it becomes a mainstream problem e.g Asuna being depicted as a cheating whore on twitter, or Tifa porn being broadcasted in a government meeting in Italy.

The thing is that this "legal stance" is pointless, there is literally hundreds if not thousands of H-games (AND doujins) that portray existing character in all of those situations and worse, printed for decades, and despite that nothing has really changed. It's the same as questioning the legality of putting paywalled content in Patreon arguing that they can't do that because it's of existing anime, but it still happens, falls under the same grey morality of making and selling doujins.

As long as it's not some massive scandal that reaches the media, it's literally as 'legal' as putting a copyrighted image on the cover of your store...as long as it's not Mario, you're probably safe XD

I finished it. I'll say my rating for this new update is 6/10.

Pros:

1. The H-animation is nice.
2. Kirito's conversation with Asuna's parents is excellently portrayed, and you can see that the father agrees. Even Kouzou will become a cuckold.
3. Kirito has become Liz's master, because I have it in my memory room.
4. It's good that Inoda hasn't had sex with Yui yet.

Cons:
1. I don't like the AI-generated animations, and Asuna's AI-generated character looks awful.
2. The update is short, even a short day, and it would be better if it were 4 days.
3. I don't like Yui's breast size, and the same goes for Asuna's.
4. I can't say if the Chinese to English translation is good, especially the dialogue, because my English isn't very good. I use Google Translator.
I'd like creator Fujino to finish it sometime in early 2026. In Asuna and Inoda's memory room, it doesn't look pretty

I think there was at least one person, but I think there were dozens or even hundreds of them, who came up with the idea to write to the ASCII Media Works public relations department, demanding to pay attention to Fujino and similar violations of the law. But it's there. The dude is right - according to Japanese law, Fujino sells someone else's intellectual property for money. So what? As we can see, Fujino continues to live peacefully, work and make a porn game. So either no one noticed, which is unlikely for the reason I wrote above (messages from unhappy fans), or they just turn a blind eye to it.

I don't think it's a problem for a mega-rich national entertainment content publisher to find one poor little immigrant.
