Sounds like Fujino is playing a dangerous game!Well, on the whole, he's right. I was also interested in this topic, because with the development of Patreon, there were a lot of works that actually use or parody other people's characters and at the same time commercialize these parodies, receiving money, in fact, for someone else's work.
I even contacted a guy who used to work in the editorial department of Shonen Jump and he said, literally -
"Basically, large publishing companies are usually aware of the availability of 18+ parodies and receive many messages from "zealous" fans about the misuse of content, but... even such an advertisement is still an advertisement. Parody porn games, one way or another, expand the recognition of the work and characters and, perhaps, can interest users who will then go and buy a novel, manga, or game. As long as the author of the porn game does not exceed the limits, such as cruel guro, outright pedophilia, with the participation of original characters, which can make the wrong impression, damage the reputation and alienate the fan community, the copyright holders can turn a blind eye to these violations. Moreover, the amount of money that the authors of the porn parody receive is simply nothing and the copyright holders lose practically nothing."
No wonder Fujino so aggressively mentioned that Yui is 21 years old.
So maybe Reki Kawahara himself is not aware of Fujino's game, but his agents or editors certainly know. And the fact that Fujino, as an emigrant, has not yet been thrown into the dirtiest and darkest prison may mean that his game has not damaged his reputation, and perhaps even brought new customers and a small increase in profits.
P.S. Although this formulation still leaves me at a loss. That is, the fact that Asuna became a cheating whore or Liz was brutally raped (which, to me, is pretty close to guro... but it's not for me to decide) is not enough to affect the reputation of the work?
the game is available on this siteWhere's the hero when you need him, haha? Who can help me with the download link?
I think legally is correct, and I'm sure there are plenty of works out there that definitely dive into the worst kind of kinks acted upon these characters. I do however want to stress on how logistically difficult it is to regulate these works on the internet, as compared to doujinshi made into paper comics where they can be prevented being distributed. If you copyright one doujinshi artist, I'm sure they can change names, locations, or appearances in the character to somewhat resemble the original. That's maybe the case with Saikey Studios. So maybe Reki Kawahara himself is not aware of Fujino's game, but his agents or editors certainly know. If one day Fujino doesn't make himself heard anymore, we'll know the reason xDWell, on the whole, he's right. If I remember correctly there were a lot of mangakas who have stated to not use their characters for any kind of depraved doujinshi art (it was Puella Madoka or Umamusume? I dont remember) and yet you see them daily in a pirated H website. Unless you can somehow regulate the internet which I highly doubt, even in China, these works will continue to be produced whether its legal or not. I believe it's just best to live in blissful ignorance until it becomes a mainstream problem e.g Asuna being depicted as a cheating whore on twitter, or Tifa porn being broadcasted in a government meeting in Italy.
The thing is that this "legal stance" is pointless, there is literally hundreds if not thousands of H-games (AND doujins) that portray existing character in all of those situations and worse, printed for decades, and despite that nothing has really changed. It's the same as questioning the legality of putting paywalled content in Patreon arguing that they can't do that because it's of existing anime, but it still happens, falls under the same grey morality of making and selling doujins.Well, on the whole, he's right. It's a bug caused if you reached this part without maximum anxiety, Fujino published a fix for it yesterday.View attachment 5484529
ITS STUCK HERE HOW TO FIX ?
There are indeed hundreds and even thousands of similar porn parodies, but can you name at least one that hyped up just like the game from Fujino? How many of these porn parodies really have an impact on the industry? One, two...?The thing is that this "legal stance" is pointless, there is literally hundreds if not thousands of H-games (AND doujins) that portray existing character in all of those situations and worse, printed for decades, and despite that nothing has really changed. As long as it's not some massive scandal that reaches the media, it's literally as 'legal' as putting a copyrighted image on the cover of your store...as long as it's not Mario, you're probably safe XD
I mean, is not like Fujino is writing down his address on his Patreon or Ci-En page and taunting the SAO legal owners to come arrest him, lmao. He's not in China, where he literally had to leave BECAUSE the government went nuts and started arresting people making any +18 works period, he's not gonna get arrest for his SAO H-game because as popular as it may seem here in this forum, nobody who isn't looking for it would really know it exists LOL, the millions of mainstream SAO fan probably don't even know of it at all XDThere are indeed hundreds and even thousands of similar porn parodies, but can you name at least one that hyped up just like the game from Fujino? I think there is at least one person, and I think there are dozens of them, who wrote a letter to ASCII Media Works demanding to pay attention to such a violation of the law. But it's there. The dude is right - according to Japanese law, Fujino sells someone else's intellectual property for money. So what? As we can see, Fujino continues to live peacefully, work and make a porn game. So either no one noticed, which is unlikely for the reason I wrote above (messages from unhappy fans), or they just turn a blind eye to it.![]()
I finished it. I'll say my rating for this new update is 6/10.
Pros:
1. The H-animation is nice.
2. Kirito's conversation with Asuna's parents is excellently portrayed, and you can see that the father agrees. Even Kouzou will become a cuckold.
3. Kirito has become Liz's master, because I have it in my memory room.
4. It's good that Inoda hasn't had sex with Yui yet.
Cons:
1. I don't like the AI-generated animations, and Asuna's AI-generated character looks awful.
2. The update is short, even a short day, and it would be better if it were 4 days.
3. I don't like Yui's breast size, and the same goes for Asuna's.
4. I can't say if the Chinese to English translation is good, especially the dialogue, because my English isn't very good. I use Google Translator.
I'd like creator Fujino to finish it sometime in early 2026. In Asuna and Inoda's memory room, it doesn't look pretty
I don't think it's a problem for a mega-rich national entertainment content publisher to find one poor little immigrant. I will write again - I give 100 percent that there are SAO fans (and the SAO fan base is tens of millions, maybe even hundreds of millions.) who will consider it their duty to draw the publisher's attention to the vile criminal Fujino, who dared to touch crush - Kirito and best girl - Asuna.I mean, is not like Fujino is writing down his address on his Patreon or Ci-En page and taunting the SAO legal owners to come arrest him, lmao. Fujino is in no more danger of getting arrested for his game as people selling lolicon doujins in Comiket are of getting a swat team to come arrest them for 'pedophilia', so yeah XP
Either way, it would probably be better to drop this talk before it goes too off-topic and gets reported to the mods OxO
Or Fujino is Reki's son xDThere are indeed hundreds and even thousands of similar porn parodies, but can you name at least one that hyped up just like the game from Fujino? How many of these porn parodies really have an impact on the industry? One, two...?
