It's not just this scene you're missing.In your screenshot, Nora has received a 7th heart. 7th hearts don't exist in the game yet. I'm even surprised that you've gone this far.

It's the "using a mod to up the stats because the player is too lazy to do the legwork, and in the process muck up the save" method.
