Ren'Py - Symphony of the Void [P2 v0.12b] [Mad Doc]

It's a good game for those who enjoy mind control and corruption, but you need to set your expectations right.
It's a game that focuses heavily on the control, rather than actual sex. The MC mainly orders his targets to perform humiliating, ambarassing, or sexual tasks that don't directly involve him. The instances of the MC actually putting his dick anywhere are rare and often off-screen.
Personally, I'd like to see a little more sex, so that's why I'm subtracting a star.

An underrated gem. Strong character writing and well done corruption lets you see each character fall gradually and in their own individual ways, avoiding the "instant mind control" problem often seen in this genre. There's a nice variety of characters, though with a definite focus on the "strong-willed woman who falls to male domination" type (which is a plus for me).

The gameplay is essentially a visual novel, but it strikes a nice balance between sex scenes and plot development. The plot is also interesting enough to be engaging without taking up too much time between scenes. It would be nice if there was an easy way to tell which scenes you've seen before, but that's a minor issue.

On that note, the only major flaw is the lack of a gallery. Having to make individual saves before especially good scenes is a nuisance and some very good scenes are one-off special events, so you end up needing a lot of saves. Despite that, the game is worth playing and when the biggest problem is "too many good scenes that need saving" you know it's a quality title.

On the plus side I will say this has actually a story and a fairly well told one as well. Which honestly is rather rare these days. It's so refreshing to see less seen kinks dived into so deeply along with mental domination.

Unfortunately I have to knock a star off from being excellent because the 3d engine used for the scenes is my absolute least favorite one. It's a style I almost detest as well as so many of the female characters have such incredibly similar body types that it makes each new thrall a 'meh' afair. And I've seen this 3d engine used to great degree in a larger variety of body types so it's on the developer for that.

Done in Daz or with 2d art this could have been excellent to me.

A great game, great girls, a very lustful game, but both the plot and the process of enslaving the girls are very captivating, the main character, although not a kind guy, is not super evil either, I liked him.

Played v0.42b – main fetish is mind control. Plot is rather linear but interesting enough, characters are rather basic so far, but we are in the beginning stages of the game. You play a dark elf who develops mind control powers, runs away from his former mistress and ends up captured by the (of course) fanatical church. You then start corrupting the church from the inside out while trying to build up forces against your former mistress who is hunting you.
Mainly mind control and corruption but also has humiliation, some spanking and bondage and some pet play scenes. So yes, quite a bit of bdsm content, but always in the context of mind control. Pretty short so far – I finished it in a few hours. Decent enough to try out and find whether you enjoy it.

Great Corruption game, with Decent scenes, the characters are good. But the most gripping factor in my opinion is the story and the Main Character is written in very unique way. Really liking the game so far, the speed of the updates is pretty good too.

Hope the game will have a good run and story will be top notch as it has been till now. Best of luck Mad Doc.

very great game with great h scenes. its right up my ally and a must play if you like mind control. i hope to see more games like it and cant wait for future updates. i especially like the scenes with the nun!

This is a vn/trainer which primarily focuses on mind control, brainwashing, and male dom.

Good shit:
*Sex scenes are very hot. This is the strongest point of this vn.
*Story is fairly interesting with a lot of potential for further development.
*Characters are interesting.

Not-so-good shit:
*Kinetic novel. (Dev says his scene-selector format equals "choice". Well, i don't think so my fren.)
*No gameplay. (And is not planned by the looks of things.)
*No sound. (Sound was promised in Part2.)
*Animation needs.. more practice i suppose.

You are along for the ride but don't expect to be able to determine a damn thing.

Very satisfying hypnosis scenes. Pacing is not frustrating, and seems to get the mind control kink. Being a bastard is fun, and this game does that well, as that's the main appeal of a hypnosis and mind control centric game. Good renders top off the package. Look at it if you're a fan of mind control.

Not liking the kinks is the only reason I can imagine for why somebody might not like this one. Thus far it is very high quality in all areas, and considering games on this site tend to get only better over time (since most devs are new to game making), I think this one is absolutely worth keeping an eye on.

So far this is a shining beacon standing out from the sea of shitty "mind control" VNs where the MC maybe makes one girl slightly hornier a single time. The writing is actually competent, the animations are good, and the mind control content so far is great. It's still early days, so there's only maybe an hour of content, but I'm very excited to see where this goes in the future.

Very good character design so far and smooth animations.
The story is intriguing, and I like the universe where the game takes place (fantasy world with magic, elves, drows, and maybe more later?).
I just hope this will not turn into a kinetic novel, but more into a sandbox/harem type of game.

I think this title shows plenty of promise. The visuals aren't outstanding at the very least the characters and environments seem pretty original. The story so far is just an into but it does have a story to tell. Will this be an epic tale of ascension and conquest filled with trials met and challenges overcome? Who knows. But I will say its off to a good start.
