literally even with AI is snail speed update, dont even complete the mechanics and minigames, proposed from early stage of game, the game has potential... its a shame, for the current state of game the tag sandbox is lying

Here’s the real answer: because the dev is wasting time redoing parts of the game that didn’t need to be redone, wasting huge amounts of time that could be spent on new content. Also because he’s using too much AI in his art and it shows.

Such a shame, I don't even understand the swap to ai, it's not like he's spitting out updates at rapid pace now. Seems about the same wait as always. I'm not complaining about slow updates or even the "redux" since I don't support this game anymore but the ai swap hurts.

Some people really hate the IA art´s work on it, and of course the fact that it goes back to "no progress state" almost every time (we got nice progress in the story, then rework of art; we got new things and new content, then "redux" of the whole game with half the content that was already in); so play the old version and wait in the "I hope that we got a decent update with new good stuff that doenst need 3 years of development" line with the rest of us :ROFLMAO:

We all missed the old charm... Even with AI, it's taking longer than promised—was it really supposed to be faster with this kind of technology? We've seen that it's not true! The last update (not the one from August) was in February 2025, and there hasn't been any update since then, nor any news about a Season 2.

He revived the project on Patreon.com, just for your information.

Uberpie has always made "quicker" promises - but has almost never been able to be quicker. Almost always went way beyond. That's nothing new.

Also, Uberpie has never said that AI would make anything faster. In fact, Uberpie has never even said anything about AI (except for a "miscellaneous" tag on DLsite saying "partial AI use"). Uberpie still says that he's hard at work drawing.

DLsite has analysts who understand different genres, and they can even tell when the categorization was done using AI.

As we know Uberpie, I can't say for sure whether the animation was really necessary, but I did like the previous artwork, which is why I subscribed to his channel back then. People change, and so do their tastes, unfortunately... :confused:
