It's more like info for other people passing by. Someone might think they'll just use the auto-translator and decensor, but ..oops..it's UE, so bad luck.

Well..yes (If you mean super generic "drag and drop" solution, then no). There is also a manual translation tool, but it was all designed for older UE4.
3Dmigoto should be able to decensor UE5 games as well, but it requires some effort and the game must run in dx11 mode.

Uncensored game play is not much better.
If you want the decensor, grab it from the Unreal modding thread.
